Respect the craft and the local Pizza shop as a concept. Got a large pizza with onions, pepperoni and mushroom as well as buffalo wings. Really want to like local places like these, but the pizza was not fully cut and was sloppily prepared and cooked. The dough was underdone so it was very floppy and the toppings seemed as if they had been thrown onto the pizza with no real care, and simply slid off when a slice was picked up. The wings did not fare any better, as they were not properly sauced and had a strangely gummy texture. I was so excited to try their pizza. We don't have many delivery options in our small suburb. I set up an online account and placed an order around 3pm for a later 7pm delivery. I received a text at 6:30 stating they started making our pizza. At around 7:20 I called them since we still didn't have our pizza. They told me it would arrive in 15 minutes. 8pm comes and I call again. They had not even started the order yet and told me they didn't know when they could! We were so hungry and disappointed. Live in the area, but have never ordered until tonight. Easy order on-line and delivery took less than 1/2 hour. Thin crust pizza was crispy and hot. Just the right amount of cheese and the red sauce is the best. A little sweet and bursting with great Italian flavor. Not like a lot of tomato paste bland take out pizza. Also ordered the bone in wings with the bourbon sauce. Tasted freshly fried and crisp. The bourbon sauce took me by surprise. One of the best I've ever had.
