King's Wok — Restaurant in Litchfield

I had the worst experience ever with a business Kings Wok July 12, 2015 at 5:21 PM. I was physically assaulted by a lady that was working after showing her over 30 long hairs in a piece of chicken, trying to ask her for a discount because of my service. She became very hostile and when I tried to show a customer Chris the chicken she tried to grab the piece of chicken away from me. I had to give the piece of chicken to Levi because she was chasing me around trying to grab the chicken, than she tried to grab the piece of hairy chicken from him. When I showed Chris the hairy chicken and agreed there were some hairs in it the lady came to the table and was trying to jump in between to grab the chicken, as she tried to tamper with evidence. The lady that was working admitted they were human hairs in the chicken. I made a health inspection report 7/16/2015 around 12:00 PM. The guy that was cooking food in the back coughed on the coconut chicken, the sauces were not made properly, the food was either burnt, not cooked right, rice was very hard, sauces were not distributed evenly on food, and the pop wasn't carbonated. We were interrupted with our meal as the lady that was working was taking photos of us eating, and gave no customer satisfaction in regards to the situation, and decided she would throw a huge fit about this. I still have the piece of chicken with all the hairs in the chicken that I took a bite out of in my fridge for evidence of my service. Something needs to be done with this business and there are some changes that need to take place for King's Wok. Cops had to even be called in this situation because the lady threw a fit about not giving customer satisfaction, so there is a report that has been made. Customers were getting involved in the situation yelling as the lady that was working this day screamed and made a huge scene while she had customers sitting there eating there food, and when there was yelling going on customers left that just came in, there were people that were handicapped eating that had mental disorders, and I feel it wasn't ok for them to have to be around that kind of environment when they are out of there group homes trying to enjoy life. I am going to take this situation as far as I can take this because what has happened on 7/12/2015 is ridiculous and as unprofessional as it could possibly get. If you need the evidence of the chicken I still have it, it is super unsanitary and I am frustrated that everything has happened, please call me for I can give you guys additional information. Its bad enough when the cook needs to run out of the kitchen to watch the lady make a mockery of her business. A lot of people I know told me that they do not enjoy the food there either, I have heard several people talk about it, especially the rice being as hard as it is. I also have six witnesses in regards to this. There are 3 different Kings Wok locations in Minnesota. The best one certainly isn't in Litchfield. That honor goes to the Hutchinson location. The Litchfield location always leaves much to be desired. If you go there for lunch near the end of the lunch hour expect to find the buffet line completely picked over. When my wife and I went there this afternoon there was ONE egg roll and ONE fried chicken stick. I took one item and left the other for my wife. Also the sesame chicken was a congealed lump of nastiness, the beef and broccoli was all broccoli and no beef. The Mongolian chicken was almost gone, but at least it was tasty. I have been patronizing this restraunt since it opened...get take out once a week for.my family. I am devastated at the rudeness I experience tonight..Ordered..was told 10 minutes, surprised I asked 10 minutes..was repeated 10 minutes. Arrived 26 minutes after I ordered.. Waited 15 minutes in lobby while staff member played a video game on his tablet at the cash counter ..never went to the kitchen once to check on my order...my kids came out of car and set off alarms..went out to check..so hungry we got fast food.. drove 23 miles home..only to receive call 53 minutes from when my first call was made to tell me my food was done..informed them I was not coming back....was told to never come back...stunned by...
