I ordered Chicken Curry and Punugulu, but was quite disappointed with the experience. The chicken curry came in a very small portion for the price and had very little chicken, mostly gravy. The taste was also not up to expectations(below average), as it was more oily than flavorful. When I called and asked about the quantity, I was told it should be good enough for two people, but in reality, the portion was so small that even one person couldn’t finish a proper meal. On top of that, I was told the order would be ready in 10 minutes, but I still had to wait much longer to pick it up. For a total of $17.29, I expected better quality and quantity. Customers usually look for value for money in such dishes, so I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and improves both portion size and taste.

If you’re in Little Elm near Oka Point, you must try Gully Bites Food Truck. Their non-veg appetizers are outstanding, but the highlight for me was the Vijayawada Chicken Vadu Roastjuicy, perfectly roasted chicken with just the right balance of spice and texture. Truly delicious. I also tried the idly with three chutneys — soft, fluffy idlys paired with peanut , tomato, and spicy chutney. Each one had a unique flavor, and together they made a perfect combination. The atmosphere is friendly, the service is quick, and the food tastes authentically South Indian. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for flavorful snacks or authentic South Indian dishes right here in Little Elm.

Ordered the triple egg noodles with mild spice. What I actually got was more like triple spice noodles with mild eggs — if there were any eggs at all & with extreme spice. I had to go back from home and get the whole dish replaced, which they did, but the experience wasn’t great. And for a food truck, the prices are way higher than a sit-down restaurant. If I wanted to test my spice tolerance instead of enjoying a noodle dish, this would’ve been perfect. Otherwise, not worth it.

I recently visited Gully Bites in Little Elm, TX, and this food truck is an absolute gem for authentic Indian flavors.

The Indo-Chinese fried rice and noodles were outstanding – perfectly cooked, with that authentic street-style taste, balanced spices, and fresh vegetables. Truly some of the best I’ve had outside India.

The Indian breakfast items were equally impressive: • The Punugulu were crispy on the outside, soft inside, and paired beautifully with chutney. • The Dosa was thin, golden, and delicious with flavorful sambar and chutneys. • The Bajjilu were fried to perfection with just the right amount of spice.

Gully Bites serves food that feels both nostalgic and satisfying. The quality, taste, and overall experience are fantastic – definitely a must-visit food truck in Little Elm!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly...
