Piper's Mighty Good Pizza — Restaurant in Little Traverse Township

For a home town place I'm so disappointed in what I have encountered. My 2nd time eating from here they gave me a extremely hard time about bringing my food to harbor point. When the charge for delivery shouldn't be that hard to get my food where I want it dropped off. That same time I got my food there was ZERO lettuce in which literally come on the sandwich and NO tomatos which also came on the sandwich. This 3rd encounter I think is kind of what was my last straw. I called to order food. I wanted sandwich which was fine. But I wanted the tender meal but I wanted 1 extra chicken tender to make it 4 and they said absolutely not they would not even sell me a extra tender. This right here to me is absolutely cause to not go back when you won't even let me order a extra tender your a restaurant pretty sure thats standard to have extra so if someone wants more you can sell it to them and not tell them no to wanting 1 extra tender. Visited the harbor springs area for the first time & didn’t realize I placed a delivery outside of the zone. Was told it was no problem on the phone, but an hour later was called by a very rude employee who threatened to cancel our order if we didn’t meet them within their delivery range. This was my fault so I was very apologetic and offered to meet them half way. I was taken by surprise when the male delivery worker was extremely rude to me and questioning why I didn’t know I was outside of the range when I placed my order. I had to tell the worker three separate times that I was sorry, but wasn’t familiar with the area. The worker continually questioned me and was extremely rude when I met him to pick up the pizza. Pizza was good but I would never again spend $70 on 2 medium pizzas and a bread to be treated that way. I would not recommend this place because of the unprofessional...

We order from them all the time where I work. Last week I ordered a very large order for the business and then a salad for me. They brought the large order but not the salad. So i called them and they said, "oh we will be right back (less then a mile).. 20 minutes later i called them and told them to cancel the salad order and the guy says.. "ok"! REALLY? No hey I'm really sorry you didn't get to eat lunch or order from somewhere else??? So today, I call up there.. get put on hold for 10 minutes then they hang up on me. So we call again and get put on hold for 3 minutes and they hang up. WE order from there 4 to 5 days a week. Do they not realize there really is a lot of other places we CAN go???
