I got an iced mocha, turkey pesto and a cinnamon roll today. The service was excellent and so was the atmosphere. The food needs tweaks though.

My cinnamon roll was a solid 5 out of 10. Overall, it was dry and fluffy like bread. It's supposed to be moist (and almost wet) with generous amounts of moist, sweet cinnamon rolled up and covered with cream cheese. The cinnamon inside was dry and it was covered with icing. I love sweet stuff, but icing doesn't help this cinnamon roll's cause. The only thing good the roll had going on was that it wasn't crunchy. I would have thrown the thing away at that point.

Just some friendly advice - I'd recommend going back to the drawing board with the cinnamon rolls. Focus on moisture, added gooeyness and add some cream cheese into the icing to reduce it being a block of sugar on top.

The turkey pesto was great. It had the right amount of pesto and the choice of bread was unique. I really did enjoy it. There was a generous helping of turkey in the sandwich, 3 layers to be exact. The sandwich was too tall to fit in my mouth easily without crunching it down, so I pulled out a layer of turkey, ate it, then ate the sandwich. I honestly liked it better with less turkey (just 2 layers). It was just easier to eat.

I also got an ice mocha. I've had about 10 over the past 2 weeks from about 7 different places. Yours is my second favorite. The only thing that I would change is offer a larger size. After leaving your establishment, I started a 4 hour trip to NY. I would have loved a 24oz and would have gotten it had it been an option.

Would I come back? Yes! Thank you for existing. I've had enough of big corporations like Starbucks being everywhere. It's refreshing to have local options, different atmospheres and...

This coffee shop will give you the larger community feel, all while making you feel welcome and low-key. The breakfast was drool worthy. The coffee made my morning. The seating area upstairs is the perfect place to sit and chat. You can enjoy the view over the river while doing so. Not only is there a restroom located on the main floor, there is one conveniently located on the second floor as well. No worry of being seated too close to it either. Forget plastic ware for your food? No need to head back down. The second floor kitchenette is perfect for anything you might have forgotten downstairs. I highly recommend this fully refurbished coffeehouse gem. Very clean and inviting. Another bonus: the staff is very knowledgeable with the products at hand and the equipment. We will...

Driving from the Harrisburg Amtrak to family in Central PA, I have always passed this place and intended to stop in, and I am pleased I did! Inside this coffee shop you’ll find a delightful assortment of delicious pastries and sandwiches (be mindful though the kitchen closes before the closing time), an enthusiastic and gracious staff, and coffee via Denim Coffee Roasters. Got a latte, a specialty drink, an apple cinnamon scone, and strawberry turnover. Everything was delicious! The space itself is gorgeous and huge, with plenty of seating both downstairs and upstairs. I will be making this a must-stop on my way up Route 15 moving forward. I’m looking forward to sitting on the second floor sometime in the fall and summer to really enjoy the...

Wonderful venue for our granddaughters' birthday party! The large and lovely upstairs was booked on a Sunday; we weren't able to try their food as the downstairs coffee shop/food section was closed and we brought our own food. Very accommodating event booking with Lily. Young kids had a great time with room for food table, cookie-decorating station, another tea cup painting station! Large, semi-separated area with 2-way fireplace in between, parents were able to mingle, keep an eye on kids and not have just a giant room with noise bouncing everywhere. Bathroom upstairs; kitchen sink and large counter for set up and clean up, too. Plenty of parking for multiple guests. About 12 minutes north of Duncannon, straight up Routes 11/15.

I’m in the area on vacation. My friends suggested this place. This place is very chill and felt like we were home. It was very comfortable. First thing I noticed was the music, it’s wonderful. I felt so peaceful there. The girl at the register was very nice and smiled at us. My friends told me to try the Grannie Sammie which is a turkey sandwich on ciabatta bread w/ thin sliced grannie smith apples and Swiss cheese. It was so good! We sat upstairs and look out the window into the river. It was beautiful. The place is very clean. If you’re in the area don’t hesitate to try this place out!
