Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Livingston

We have given them two tries! I asked for 3 pizza. Meat lover, Hawaiian, and. Cheese lover pizza. The meat lover had mushroom on it. The cheese had olives and onions, the Hawaiian was ok! Called the first time the manager thought it was funny! I am allergic to mushroom and my sons in allergic to onions! I told her that and she just laughed and refuse to remake or refund! Then we order today again the same problem. I was hoping this problem wouldn’t happen. Called and complained again they can’t tell me why the pizza has these things on it. When clearly they should not be on it. He refused to refund us again and then said he could remake the pizza! Wow ok thanks no at this point I will not be ordering carry out or delivery from them every again! This is no joke.

PSA: I do understand they are around mushroom, olives, and onions but why are they baked into the cheese on Top of my pizza!!! It would be nice if...

I placed my order online for delivery and was given a 6:50pm delivery time. At 7:05 I called and the girl told me door dash had not picked it up yet. I explained that I didn't order thru door dash and I did not want to receive my food cold. I explained that I would like a refund. She told me they do not offer refunds and I would have to accept store credit, in which I told her I didn't pay with a store credit and would need to speak to a manager. The food finally arrived at 7:20pm stone cold and the boy dropped one of the pizza melts on my driveway and then said "at least it wasn't one of your drinks." Chuckled, said have a nice night and walked away. I understand it's hard to find good help these days but there is no excuse for poor quality and poor customer...

Ordered cheese sticks with extra cheese; order was over cooked with no extra cheese. Pizza had chicken on it that smelled and tasted bad; called up the manager that same night and he told us "they've been using it all day, and it's supposed to be that way". He then asked us to bring our pizza back so that they could test it. We live 20 mins out of town from Livingston, that's not going to happen and neither is our repeat business. We're going to continue ordering at Papa John's in Cookeville in the future. Don't like leaving bad feed back, but I dislike bad customer service even more, and possibly getting sick off of food that doesn't...
