I stopped here with friends after hiking el yunque. They wanted to pickup some sushi from a place next door and I wanted some bbq. Once we parked the owner walked outside and just stared at us. We didn’t understand what was going on but it was really weird. My friends went to get their food and I went to go inside and order food but he wouldn’t get out of the doorway. He eventually budged as if I was an inconvenience. I decided to not order food after he kept being rude. When we went back to the car we saw there was a sign that the spot was reserved for his customers only. We go here when we are in a bind because it's home cooking pretty much instead of fast food. They have a drive thru too. The prices have gone up and they serve less now though. The rotisserie chicken is usually good, they also have 2 types of rice, batata, maduros, coditos, ribs, pork chops and other sides and meats. If you get rice that's your side which is stupid. It should come with rice and you get a different side. With the lunch they include water and if they feel like it soft drinks. I think it depends on the employee. They were a lot better before. Reciente como a las 11am fui a comprar comida y les pedí un complemento del menú (tostones) la servidora, la cajera y el cocinero se mostraron molesto y dijeron:
La que sirve le grita al cocinero, ja éso no es mi culpa,
la cajera éso se tarda unos 15 minutos porque estamos los 3 solos (no había casi nadie en la tienda)
El cocinero, entraba a la cocina y pasaba como a medias del counter.
Les dije, no tengo prisa puedo esperar. Más se molestaron y continuaron diciendo es que estamos solos y bla,bla. Les dije mira sabes qué, si no los quieren hacer o pueden hacer no hay problema y mejor díganme. En ese momento, no,no pero se tarda y volví y les dije no tengo prisa.
Hago esta historia por lo siguiente: Hemos perdido el servicio al cliente hoy día, es por esto que vemos negocios en quiebras o franquicias. Lamentablemente ya no hay gerentes que hagan su trabajo y exijan de igual manera. Me pregunto si acaso ellos compran en fast food y no les interesa o incomoda un trato así.
Para cerrar, me sirvieron los tostones mal hechos y 5 tostones no toman tanto tiempo...
