I went to this subway March 11th 2018. I got three sandwiches. The 17 year old male with glasses and dark hair was very rude and argumentative. I asked for extra onions on my spicy Italian. He litterally put 4 onions on it. I said please add extra onions. He litterally put about 3 more. I said no i need about 3 handfuls please. He said no because he got yelled at for putting too many vegetables on the sandwich. My boyfriend made it a point we would pay for the extra and just put them on there. He had an attitude towarda both of us and we were not rude to him. The female working was very nice. The sandwich i also ordered was a chicken terakyi. When i got back home i saw it had raw chicken in it. I didn't even take a bite, the chicken was completely raw. It was red not just undercooked. The chicken was raw. My boyfriend took the sandwich back into subway and the female was very nice. However, the male kid working was rude and argumentative. Saying we could not get our money back because we already paid for it. He wanted to argue and be rude. No customer service. The female was going to make us another sandwich and give our money back.
The 17 year old kid should not have a job. If i was the owner he would be fired. You cannot treat anybody like that. He was not even nice to his coworkers. He had an attitude the entire time and did not want to serve us from the beginning. He does not understand that had I ate the raw chicken I would have developed samanolla. I would have gotten very sick and possibly died
I wanted to make it known the female employee did not do anything wrong. She was delightful from the first time going in there.

They didn't toast the sandwich that was ordered as tosted. They the put wrong ingredients in the sandwiches. Then when I called there to speak to someone the employee who answered was rude & incompetent of understanding my concerns. I was told they were not allowed to give me a corporate number or even the store manager's name so call back and discuss the issues. They only gave me 8 cookies instead of the dozen I ordered and paid for.
They were quick to take my money and give me an incomplete order but won't take responsibility. Maybe if the workers put effort into their job responsibilities rather than getting high, things would be better.
Its best to go-to the subway in Brighton if you want good service and the right items...
