Subway — Restaurant in Locust Grove

This was the WORST subway I've ever been too! I'm a die hard Subway fanatic. I will not go back to dis subway to save my lyfe. First, we went in after fishing. The worker said they didn't have a bathroom for us to use. This really caught me off guard. To the best of my knowledge. A restaurant has to have one working bathroom for its customers. We could do without using the bathroom. Can we wash our hands if nothing else. There would be no dining in for us cause we couldn't wash our hands. We were baffled by the notion that both men and women bathroom was out of order. But you all are still open serving food for dine in and take out. As we proceed with our orders the worker became very rude. He said he would be charging us for extra mayo, oil and vinegar. Never in my lyfe have I been charged EXTRA for plenty of oil, vinegar and mayo. I asked him to show me on the menu to show me where it says EXTRA CHARGE for these condiments on my sandwich. Bad enough you don't have working bathrooms! Now extra for food items. I was scared to ask for some more spinach. I'll definitely be calling the board of health about the bathroom situation. Spent 71.00 tonight and placed my order on line for curbside pick up the lady came out and gave my order to another customer that was there for curbside pickup when the lady said it was not her order the lady looked over at me and ask me was I Cathy and I said yes so she went to give me the food and I told her I did not want it due to the other customer already went through the bags, so she was going to remake them so I waited from 5:40 to 7:04 to get my order get home and all the sandwiches are wrong but 3 and I ordered 6 of them, I have ordered before from this subway and have been over charged the owner said she would replace and never got a replacement or my money back for the over charge. I have been here alot of times and never have I ever went thru what I went thru today! I will never go back here again, Josh and his helper was just a joke and when I went to order the helper said good God and ask Josh to come help him, and then on one or the Steak and cheese half the cheese was gone and Josh just put 2 pieces of cool cheese on the toasted sub and was going to leave it like that till i said are you just going to put cold cheese on the sub!
