As a food truck in the small town of Lodi, this places serves a great purpose.

The customer service and the lady taking orders was super patient and delightful.

Some might think the prices are a bit high, after getting my food I realized there prices are more then reasonable! They do not skimp on the food portions at all!

The food is very flavorful, the homemade green salsa was by far one of my all time favorites, and that’s saying a lot! Perfection 👏🏼.

The only complaint I would have is I felt the food was just warm, it wasn’t fresh to made hot. (They do make to order. Keep in mind this is a food truck) I would have liked it to be more of a hotter temperature.

Overall I think this place is a great spot for those who want a good taste of authentic, home made...

Los Hernandez is the best Mexican food in the area. Hands down, no one does it better. So far, I've tried three of their meats: chicken fajita, carne asada, and pork pastor. Each was beautifully seasoned and so delicious. You get a lot of food for the price. The owners are very friendly. Eating here is a pleasure.

Edit: Try the green sauce. I have never been one to use sauce on my food, but this stuff made me a convert. I can't get enough. Just try it!

I'm from out of town and my friend that lives in the air talks about the taco truck all the time so today we went for lunch and I got the big steak burrito with everything on it but jalapenos. We sat in the park and omg it was awesome the flovar was good I liked that it was not grease at home by the time I would get done with the burrito my hand would be all oily but the taco truck was nice no grease. I will be back for more I feel the burrito was clean eating. Thank you . You guys...
