The Café at Brown's — Restaurant in Loganville

The cafe could be great if they would hire new employees. A certain employee gets my order totally wrong every single time, then looks at me like I’m dumb when I mention it. My husband and I went for breakfast today and both ordered our own food. She brought out one thing, not even what either of us ordered, and said that’s all we ordered.. and proceeded to look at me like I was the dumb one when I said we definitely ordered two different things. I asked for French toast one day and she looked at me confused and said they don’t have French toast… it’s on their menu and they made a Facebook post advertising their french toast the previous day… Another day I ordered a flavored latte and she didn’t add the flavoring then proceeded to tell me I didn’t ask for it. I probabaly will not be visiting...

Went in to order a pound of coffee. Told girl that was in training that I had other shopping to do and would come back for the coffee. Went to get lunch meat and waited patiently ( one guy working behind the counter) which took awhile. He was frustrated because there was a big line at this point, and pretty much threw my cheese almost off the counter at me. At least he said he was sorry. Got some other things and went back about 15 minutes later. Coffee was not done, I guess they forgot, and I ended up waiting again. No apology or sorrys. Whoever was training the young girl, shouldn't have been. While I was waiting, another person came in with the wrong food. I've been a customer at Browns for years. We have been patrons of Brown's for a couple of years now. Loved eating at the cafe after a long day of work. As of lately, since the menu change, the food quality has decreased. We still continued to go, but less than usual. Now, they significantly reduced their open hours to the point that working adults may not even be able to eat here or grab take out except on the weekends. My significant other and I loved going here, but are now disappointed that we may have to look elsewhere for...
