6/21/24 Just another fantastic experience! Hertigage is one of my favorite places to go. Their sandwiches are fresh, made right before your eyes. You get 3 meat choices and 3 cheese choice. Along with that choice of breads and other items. Then while you wait, you can stroll around and find the most amazing jams snd supplies, alone with so many home made items! Their ice cream is mind boggling! I can't resist the Coconut Ice Cream. I feel like I can leave a 10,000 word, all positive review. The young ladies, either behind the counter, making sandwiches or at the payment register are super friendly, polite and always are smiling. If I could, I would give Hertigage Market 1,000,000 stars. I visit the valley once, sometimes twice a year. I always stop at Heritage to shop. I am a big fan of their cider- bought 9 jugs this year. I also am quite fond of their pickled eggs in all varieties. The reason that I didn’t rate them 5 stars is that they didn’t have any peanuts to grind for peanut butter ( last two times I was there), and they also carry a lot of items that I feel do not fit in with the rest of the offerings. There are quite a few very cheap looking products that are full of artificial colors/flavors and , to me, they are things you would find at a derelict gas station quicky mart. I’m not sure what the reason is that they carry such material. I have never purchased anything from the deli counter, but it all looks pretty good. We come to Stevi every other month to bring our Elder to a Dr appointment. I have been looking at the store for a while and decided to come in to shop and have a sandwich as there are great reviews of it. We shopped and got several items to bring home and also,got sandwiches for lunch. Since we came from Missoula,we wanted to have our lunch in the deli section Food and store and employees are awesome!!! I would, however, like to suggest that you have a couple of tables with low chairs inside so that people can sit down and enjoy their purchase. My cousin is 86 and while she truly loved the store and the food,had a hard time getting into the tall chairs at the table inside. Perhaps you could add another table with low chairs...
