Food is more hit than miss and service is just horrendous. My most recent visit.. the lady was arguing with me that I canceled the sushi portion of my order.. which I did not. I had a good amount of people to feed and I would never. I understand miscommunications can happen, but the way she did it just made me feel terrible. It made me recall the last time I came, I waited at least double the time quoted.. and so it makes sense. They are too busy fixing their screw ups to keep up with current orders. I get it, it’s been nothing but carry out and all but learn to communicate. I’m usually patient, that’s why I haven’t minded the long waits before. I’ve worked in the service/food/hospitality industry almost my whole working life. They do not handle conflict well. Her words were “do you want me to ring it in or not, you have to pay now”. I will not stand for someone lying to my face about what I said. I got the food because I had a houseful of people to feed and waiting outside for another 20 minutes... but never ever coming back and will recommend the same to everyone I know. Also.. my orders are always $70+ so have fun losing...
   Read moreThis restaurant not only embarrassed me, but rip me off to the tune of 25.00 I had clients in from London and ordered dinner my best customer ordered the sushi classic we also ordered 2 or 3 other dishes, and had a rather large bill and left the driver an excellent tip! They only delivered one bag when I called back. The manager of the store told me they delivered two bags. This one bag two bags argument went on for over half an hour with them, not giving us our food or our money back. We will never eat here again. I asked the manager what do you think I just go around placing $80 orders and then try to get a free sushi order after everything has been delivered? Insane way of managing! Your restaurant screws up be a man and say sorry and then get me my order quickly but no I paid 25 dollars for food we never received Why wouldn’t you just send the driver back over here with the order that you know you screwed up upon?    Read moreI found this restaurant through DoorDash and thought it would be nice to try because we are new to the area. We ordered our food and waited about 30 minutes for it to come. I got a call from the driver saying they were here. My husband went out to get the order. The man refused to give us our food because "we didn't pay the delivery fee". We paid it through DoorDash. I explained that to him and showed him proof that we paid for our food. He was visibly upset and then said "well you're not going to tip me?". I explained to him that I tipped through the app and showed him proof again. I was able to see on the receipt on the bag that I paid for the delivery fee and tip on Doordash. He handed us our food and KEPT THE RECEIPT so I was not able to call or talk to doordash about the incident. Our food was bland and we believe my husband got the wrong order.
