I have ordered delivery through the app quite a few times, I don't have a car right now. Every single timethey have forgotten something and/or also made a mistake w/ the food. I don't want to write a whole story of each event but this last time I was fed up. I've made complaints and they give you a free sandwich but that wasn't gonna cut it. I made my order &they called to say they were out of bread. I asked if they could make them into wraps & she was confused but we figured it out but I was asking what kind of wrap, like a lettuce wrap? Still confused. I just said yes. They gave us tortilla wraps which I understand you can't make them into foot longs but that's still disappointing. We have 3 meals and they forgot 3 drinks & 3 bags of chips. I used a reward for a free cookie & they forgot that. Also my picky child who orders the most simple one, always ends up getting all this extra stuff she did not order like tomatoes and sweet onion sauce. I tried to call to talk to a manager, no answer.
