Ridge Run Tavern — Restaurant in Londonderry Township

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any stars for this establishment as my experience was as follows: Several of my co-workers and I were dispatched to assist another facility located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Upon completing a 12hr shift, we looked for an established to nourish ourselves. Upon reaching this establishment, we were greeted by a gentleman outside who proceeded to ask, "What the hell are ya'll doing here". We did not engage as he went on to tell us that he had just finished his session of karaoke. We proceeded to enter the establishment and encountered a sign that said, "Wait To Be Seated", so we did! While waiting, we noticed that all the other patrons begin starring at us and the music that was playing came to a HAULT! Needless to say, that the patrons in the establishment were NOT of our nationality, African American! Once we realized that we were not being acknowledged, we asked a waiter if we could occupy one of the available tables we'd noticed when we entered. They responded, "Yes, we could set ourselves". So, we did! The manager that was with us stated, "We will wait about 15 minutes, if they do not come to assist our table, we will leave!" Surely, after almost 20 minutes, no one came to assist. They did not come to greet us, they did not come to provide menu's, they did come to provide any type of customer service to our group, after we had sat ourselves. Considering we work for a multi-million-dollar company, this was VERY concerning that we didn't receive the service that was provided to the other patrons in the establishment. Again, although we may have been the "minority", we did not expect to be treated in such a disgusting manner. As human beings, regardless of our nationality, we deserved to be treated as PAYING PATRONS, because that's what we were. I find it very hard to believe that this happened to us on a work trip to support a business that operates and also provides necessary materials to, I am sure, MOST OF THE PATRONS IN THE ESTABLISHMENT! This establishment should be SHUT DOWN! Customer service is a field that requires you tend to all PAYING PATRONS! If you are unable to do so for WHATEVER reason, you should simply CLOSE SHOP!! owner gets drunk but then tells others not to that Uber nice place but it's really gone a different direction from it's roots. Going through bartenders best were Brooke and Jess the bartender. Anyhow disappointing atmosphere is what there creating and they over serve so many people they know are driving driving and high, but not someone who they know takes an Uber ask the time....

Total dive if that’s what ur into… waste of time better off at the park side Or penn what a joke wayyyy overpriced bettter off at the river house or park side or the penn this place is overpriced and very selective of who they cater to I would not recommend drinks or food...
