Mack's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Londonderry

They were filling orders randomly. You could wait one minute or 15 for your ice cream, who knows. People who ordered after you get served before you. When my order was called out, the older woman was so busy barking orders to the girl behind her and when I repeated the order to confirm this was mine (it was to go) she said it back to me and handed the bag over, two ice creams - to go. When I got home, there were three ice creams in my bag, one being one out of two that I ordered. The other two were not. When I politely called, the older woman, Jean??, answered. Incredibly rude off the bat, she asked me “what do I want her to do?” And told me I took the wrong order and they had to remake the whole thing for the other party. The ladies were cleaning up when we arrived at 8pm. They said they are closed. Clearly Google says they close at 9pm, why mislead customers. And the ladies were quiet rude.
