This is the absolute worst customer service we have EVER experienced in any level of business. We placed an online order at 5:45pm, with a projected delivery time of 50-65 minutes tops. Got a text confirmation of the order which says the order will be delivered BY 6:50, which is the 65 minute projection. At the time I am writing this it is exactly 8:02, 72 minutes PAST the LATEST delivery time. I called at 7:02 and was very kind to the woman who answered the phone. I even said they must be busy and we will be patient. HOWEVER, when checking the status of our order, NO ONE there had any information at all. The best I could get out of her is that "we are pretty sure its on the way". Holy cow! Waited until 7:47 and called again . . . GUESS WHAT? They BLOCKED my number!!!!!! Tried a couple more times and same result. Used my wifes phone and they picked up right away. They just say "can you hold" and boom you're on hold. They don't even say so much as their business name, a greeting, NOTHING, just BAM on hold. I waited on hold for over 9 minutes on hold and realized what they did. She recognized my voice and blocked this number too. Tried to call back . . . blocked! It is now 8:09 (right now) and still no food. This place will NEVER see a single penny of my money and will be a focus of many many many conversations with other locals who will also choose a pizza place that wants to do business in a respectful way.    Read moreWe ordered 5 large pizzas on Sunday. Knowing it was a holiday weekend, we planned ahead and placed our order online at 4pm with a 630pm scheduled delivery. We were feeding 14 people and had been at the beach all afternoon. Everyone was ready to eat. At 630, the order was marked as out for delivery. At 645, no pizza and no word from the driver. The house we were renting was a little hard to find and Google maps actually had incorrect directions so we were worried the driver was lost. I called and was told the driver was on the way and should be there any minute. At 710 still no pizza and no word from the driver. I called again and was told the driver left the store at 630 and the pizza should be there anytime. I said 630 was 40 minutes ago and then was told oh she should’ve been there by now! I asked for them to contact the driver or give us her number so we could call her and make sure she wasn’t lost. I was told someone at the restaurant would call. 730 and no pizza. My sister called the restaurant again and was given the drivers phone number. She called and the driver said she had just dropped off another order and ours was next. Finally at 745, the driver arrived AT A NEIGHBORS house and started to unload the pizzas. No call or text saying she had arrived. Luckily my son was standing in the driveway and witnessed this.    Read moreThe pizza was a pleasant surprise. However, not only would I not recommend the place, I will tell everyone I know to NOT patronize this place. We had a little birthday party for a buddy and a friend ordered pizza for delivery. She prepaid by credit card and the pizza arrived before before she made it to the party. We didn't know she had already paid and we paid the delivery guy, Diamond, with cash (including a nice tip). The delivery guy was friendly and we even offered him a cigar.
Once our friend arrived, we discovered that we double paid. We called and spoke to Diamond. Rather than coming clean, he insisted we were lying and accused us of all being drunk (which was far from the case). He then refused to give us the manager on the telephone. After calling a couple times, the manager said he would refund the credit card. He didn't. The are too many options to tolerate these types of unscrupulous...
