McDonald's — Restaurant in Long Beach

Stoped here 3 months ago for a quick drive through lunch. Was told to pull up into one of the numbers spots. Little did I notice about 4 other people were waiting also. After 20 minutes I went inside to find 4 people were also waiting. They gave ne person there food, within 2 minutes they were back in with the wrong order. Also a calm lady walks in and says I waited outside in my van with 3 kids screaming they are hungry and I drive off after getting my food and look at this food! Who would do this! A child's chichen nugget meal with a empty box of chicken nuggets in the bag! Dis gruntle employees !!! The manager on duty could clearly care less! Meanwhile I am still one of the 5 people inside waiting on their drivethrough food order along with at least 6 other cars outside. We all waited of 30 minutes for our food. And we all fet trapped because they collect your money and have you pull forward! That is ashame to feel this way. I ordered w combo and it was almost 18 dollars after tax. I get in the car look in the bag and have one combo and a extra burger. I walking back in knowing they are overwhelmed and say I waited over 30 minutes and only recieved one combo and only a burger. The manager started to argue with me. That is what you ordered she said. I said you did not put a recite on the bag. Where is my receipt I asked. She said we gave it to you in the drive through. I asked her this is a $18 meal for one combo and a burger. She said I gave you with your ordered sir very rudely to me. I walked back out to my car got the receipt had to show it to her that I had to combo meals. Me and at least eight other people had to wait over 30 minutes for our food then got it wrong then had the worst road service ever. This is the worst location to go to never go here for McDonald's I passed here 3 days ago the line was still in the numbered spots outside and people were inside waiting on food.. The store needs a complete overhaul with management and employees. They could learn a thing or two from Chick-fil-A on customer relations...

If I could have gave a negative rating...

What an experience tonight... Went thru the drive thru... One car in line at the window ... It took forever for someone to take our order.. while we waited.. these senior citizens were a bit creeped out that we could see 6 McDonald Employees outside of the building .. and in the parking lot.. this is today, Aug 20th at 915 PM.

As we continued to wait, we witness RED in the backroom thru window 1 having a heated discussion with a button up .. real professional for us to witness ... And we still wait...

I wanted to order my usual... A Mocha Frappe with a special request.. Carmel drizzle instead of chocolate... They want to charge me extra.. so I proceeded to tell RED that Corporate Headquarters has asked us to use that wordage... Special Request and tell them to push that button and then tell the person making it what the last request is.. we attempted to logically "school" them and they refuse... He says to drive up to second window . We do.. a manager? came to the window which was no help... He said no as well .. but offered to call his franchisee.. and see if he can .. we asked them, so u dont have a special request button on your keyboard... so in frustration... We said.. ok . We will forget the order and write a review instead... To which they said what .. a review... And RED says... We have such a bad review as it is... LAUGHINGLY!!!!

We will never be back... I even told him.. I will pay double for something I want... if I want it a special way ... And I'm adding to an order.. do that all the time... But this is not adding.. it's Instead of!!!!

Wake up people .. do we have to make button pushing this difficult... I travel the nation.. and this is my favorite drink of choice... So I know this is possible and most always honor even if they didn't know how to do it.. but well... Ignorance kicked in on this one!

Lost 2 Customers today...

I just stopped there and ordered a chicken biscuit and a large sweet tea at 3:45 am. Unfortunately the place was TRASHED!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! You’d think at 3:00 AM you would have a clean restaurant since there is no excuse as the place is NOT BUSY. SIKE. Ice cream smeared across the floor, mustard and ketchup on tables, chairs not pushed in, GNATS flying all over the soda machines, food and trash all over the floor and tables… and that’s not even the worst part. I walk in to an empty restaurant bc it’s 3:45 am of course, and the male employee is talking to 2 females who are sitting at a table eating, and he looks at me and tells me to give him a second or someone will be right out as he proceeds to YELL at someone in the back who didn’t reply to his yell.. so he goes to the register after he’s done talking to his female friends and takes my order.. while he’s in the back waiting on my food, the two females are now at the registers horse playing and yelling for him to give them drinks(he doesn’t hear them bc he’s in the back) and so one of the girls starts touching and pulling out all the large cups acting like she’s going to take one and then they see me standing behind them and are like “oh I didn’t see you there!! We can do this (I’m guessing play with the cups that people will end up using)bc we used to work here”… the guy brings me my biscuit and LITERALLY TRIES TO GIVE ME THE CUP THAT THE GIRLS ALREADY TOUCHED ALL OVER AND MAN HANDLED (they had put it back on top of the other cups) AND I LOOKED AT HIM and said “Nah can you give me not that cup, not the second cup, but the 3rd cup?” And he looked at me confused bc he doesn’t know his friends were up there acting insane so one of the girls said “Oh bc it’s probably the cleanest cup” —— YA THINK. I’m disgusted. Couldn’t even eat my food. This place should...
