Timbuktu — Restaurant in Long Creek

I ended up at Timbuktu the night before Thanksgiving. The bar itself is very nice. Almost like being in a log cabin. One side is lined with slot machines. Great size dancefloor, with the perfect stage for live music. The band playing that night was amazing. Even though there was only 15 people there, they preformed as if it was a packed house. Out the back, is a very nice patio with a bar.. fountain , right off that is a large sand volleyball court.. surrounded by tables & a large privacy fence. The staff wasn't the nicest.. thinking it was because of working on a slow night, late, the night before Thanksgiving. Worth...

Was in there tonight to see the band third shift, $5 dollar cover band was good ,but we only got to see them for about 15min before they were done the girl at the door was rude when we came in because we interrupted her complaining about working the door to her friend then when we asked for our cover back due to the band ending within 15 minutes of us being there, when we were told they played until 1 she gave us the response of not her problem....

We ate there Last night and by last I mean last never again! We arrived at 5. Our waitress was fine. Our beer was cold. We had the catfish sandwich and fried califlower which we have had before and it was delicious. Not this time both were so greasy that neither would or could stay on a fork. I have seen fish that u needed a spoon to eat. U can get cold beer and bad food anywhere. In short under staffed ,...
