November 12th 23, again hands down this has to be the slowest drive-thru I've ever encountered... consistently slow. as of right now I've been in the drive-thru waiting for 15 minutes. what I ordered is very basic and I've been sitting at the window for over 5 minutes. they need to get some exposure to what makes a drive-thru runs more fluidly and make some changes.
I would give this location a two and a half but I can't do that with the stars.
I go to several Dairy Queens on a regular basis because of the driving I do, dislocation by far has the slowest drive-thru of any Dairy Queen I've been to as well as any other fast food I might hit now and then. Also, it's routine, regardless who is talking to me over the drive-thru speaker, more often than not they misunderstand something and I speak very clearly and I have grown to speak clearly and slowly at this location but yet it still happens, frustrating. It's not that I don't understand mistakes happen but it just seems to be what they do here, can't take an order properly and you're going to wait a long time for it versus most any other DQ drive-thru. When the original owners had this place things...
Read moreThree weeks ago I visited and I was disappointed that the staff were not wearing their masks correctly. They also made up the ice cream treat and served it long before the hot food was ready. The ice cream was melted by the time I pulled away from the drive up window. So, tonight I specifically asked that the ivream not be prepared until the hot food was ready. It was served and I expected the hot food immediately afterwards. I ended up having to wait an additional 5 minutes for the rest of my order.
When the young girl handed it to me she smirked and I could tell they had purposefully ignored my request. Then when I got home and opened my order, part of it was missing. When did customer service become a thing...
Read moreEvery DQ that my wife and I have visited in the past 9 months have been able and willing to add fudge to the middle of her Blizzard - like a royal Blizzard. Not only did the older lady decline that request and state it's against Dairy Queen policy, she proceeded to add the hot fudge to my Blizzard that doesn't have fudge as a filling!
On top of the blatant lie and order screw up, the service took forever. We had 2 Blizzards, 2ice cream cones and it took over 10 minutes with no one else in the entire store/drive-through.
I will be submitting my feedback...
