"Very disappointed with this place.". (negative star rating)

We spent over $35+a tip for our family's take out order. Some people may be fooled by the overpriced Street Tacos, not us. Pictured shows the absence of lime, cilantro, pickled jalapeno and carrot are even the tiniest piece of avocado. Even though it was only meat and tortilla, it cost more than any other Taco on the menu! The so-called chicken enchilada (pictured) was only a queso filled, rolled up tortilla. No chicken. Pretty much like the two cheese enchiladas we had ordered. So, basically they gave us four cheese enchiladas. Yet charged us for: two cheese enchiladas - two "chicken" enchiladas - two steak* enchiladas (*which we never received, by the way) and then a side of Beans that turned out to be a container of mostly rice and some refried beans. We just don't understand how they've gotten that rating here. Personally, I felt taken advantage of. We're left wondering if Los Arcos thinks as poorly of the community as the service provided. I honestly doubt that the employees of Los Arcos, themselves, would eat or feed their own family that way at home. As we continue to support the local businesses of our area; unfortunately, this will not be...

Hmmm The easiest way to describe this place is ...the lawn needs mown, flowerbeds need tended to, the big window needs repaired, service always starts out good and they disappear. The food comes out quick and the portions are big but there is no flavor. It's alot of rice and everything drowned in their cheese sauce. The salsa has improved...but the food has no real flavor and isn't made with love. They have a lake view....so we don't understand why they don't pour a patio and string some lights and put out some tables and people wouldn't care about the food. It says alot that they don't even tend to the flowerbeds and paint the outside. The staff is polite PS the guacamole is bad...like really BAD. It's mushed avocado turned into a paste with no salt, lemon...

absolutely awful! i will 100% never be back. i had been seated for not even 5 mins when i felt a touch on my shoulder, i thought it was my husband but when i turned he was just as surprised as i was. when the waiter came back by us my husband asked him if he touched me and he replied with “it was a joke, sorry” rudely the he proceeded to stare at us the rest of the time. when making eye contact with him once he came back to the table and asked “what’s our problem?” then proceeding to make a scene with rude comments. absolutely ridiculous! a male waiter should never be allowed to touch anyone including...

The food was very good. I had Chicken Fajitas and the wife had Cheese Enchiladas. I enjoyed their salsa, but wife felt it was a bit thinner than she likes. I REALLY liked the chips, cause I like when they are thicker, and they were not overly greasy. My only complaint is that the chicken was chopped up a little smaller than I usually like. Also, forgot to mention, really liked the queso, it was very smooth, and had great taste. I took quite a bit of fajitas home, and ended up pouring the queso over everything. Yum!

If you go to Los arcos in longtown and pay with a card make sure you check your receipt and your bank statement. I just got out of there and my meal came up to $8.49 and they charged me $10.19. the food was great the service was great the atmosphere was great but they need to do something with their POS system.
