Our experience was absolutely less than pleasant. I’m giving an extra star because the pancakes are bomb. But we will not be returning to this location. We’ll go back to the Marshall location and just wait if there are no tables available.
Denna, the “head cashier” was INCREDIBLY rude to every member of my family. My dad requested biscuits and she rudely let him know “we don’t have any do you want wheat toast” so my dad calmly replied “well will y’all be making more?” So she then proceeded to turn and YELL to the back kitchen “DO WE HAVE ANY BISCUITS” as if to make a point that they in fact do not. THEN 3 tables that arrived after us received their food prior to us. When we did finally get our food it was somewhat cold as if it had been sitting and my moms was incorrect. She went to get sausage instead of bacon and Denna grabbed the plate yelled at the kitchen staff and then tossed the plate back on the table to my mom without saying a WORD to her. So my mom said “thank you? You’re welcome? Anything” and she literally YELLED AT MY MOTHER???? “I’m BUSY!”

Read moreJucy’s has quickly become one of my go-to spots to grab a burger. The food is always on point and tastes fresh, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the lobby is usually kept in good shape.
The menu items do lean a bit on the pricey side as each entree has to be purchased separately UNLESS you use the mobile app to order which then grants you access to their online only combos which prove to be an great value. Though even if you don’t take advantage of the online savings, you’ll never come away feeling like you didn’t get your moneys worth from the food.
That isn’t to say I’ve never had a bad experience though. About a week ago I received a burger that had not one, but two strands of hair in it which was quite disappointing. But after making them aware of what happened Jucy’s absolutely stepped up not only by having a manager call to apologize personally, but also by covering my entire meal on my last visit. No place is perfect and stuff falls through the cracks, but huge kudos to Jucy’s for going the extra mile to make things right!
Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough and I will absolutely continue to come back...

As a rule, you don’t place a to-go order there so much as make a suggestion. I don’t have this problem at the other locations, just the Gilmer Road restaurant. The food is good enough that I do keep going there, but unfortunately, the scenario of not getting all the order, wrong order, partial order, etc. is about the only consistent thing about their attention to service. This goes all the way back to when this location opened!
Jucy’s reputation for customer service, as a whole, is way better than what this location regularly provides. More importantly, their customers expect and deserve better service!
