First time going to this location it's just me and my wife upon arriving kind of confused on how to get to the building where they serve the snow cones one employee did see me but didn't bother saying hi then when we were face-to-face I proceeded to say hi completely ignored me absolute unprofessional behavior from the employees as well as ice being thrown through the window three employees seen me and all made a face of disgust that being said when we continue to ask questions about the menu items in results we received attitude instead the young man that we were speaking to did not know the menu items at all my wife asked what flavor is the bubble gum and he proceeded to say and misunderstand the question by saying we can make bubble gum look it's right there on the poster board then I had to step in and ask him again what flavor is the bubble gum then he proceeded to answer oh blue bubble gum flavor after the employee did not hear my wife those two times and I had to step in she felt the need that we needed to leave and I 100% agreed with her that being said I still wonder why this place this place has a 4.8 star rating if most of the reviews was both good and bad but more on the bad side that being said if there was a possible way I can give you no stars I would...

I had been told by some friends that this was THE place to go to in East Texas, so when I was in the area I just had to stop by. SO glad that I did! I had a really hard time picking a flavor because they all sounded so amazing! And I really loved that you could add cream or chocolate...yum! Went and bought (3) snow cones from your stand brown cow no top extra juice. When I received them they were dirty and sticky on the outside and didn't hardly have ANYTHING in the cup.
