Subway — Restaurant in Longview

I don't know what to say, I never get attached, I don't really ever care about these chain types, and the food is sub-par (pun intended), I'm from the Big Apple, used to deli's, actual delis, used to the food stealing the show but the heart really pulling you in, I've missed that, and of all places subway to find it. It starts like this Jersey Mikes ain't cheap, I don't want cheap but I need cheap. So I head into the store, wanting to see if I can get somethin with capicola, which I was promised by some adverts they have it, apparently they don't and I am greeted by kindness the person, Micheala with a heart on her name tag, I mean really, just dope s--t, over the course of a couple of days and a few different sandwiches, I keep hearing her handle people great and I feel that it must be said, I was in the store for some guys with autism being tended to that was endearing and so respectful, saw some lady talking with her about his dead wife (like a freakin bartender), and then a whole store rallies behind her as she pumps out sandwiches, I guess they were havin issues with who ever worked their previous shift, didn't clean up or something, but seriously was just pumping out these things left and right, doesn't take much to see she just got there and s--t was messed up, its crazy though, rooting for the underdog, I've never seen something like this, all of the people that were praising her, coming to her based on name, wild. So I guess this kind of an apology, I haven't really seen a good subway since I was a kid, I guess some people are getting back to it. Side Note: I will only let Micheala or Izzah make my orders, they're the only ones that neatly pack my stuff in. I should say, that I have had, Idk about the rest of them. I don't usually type this kind of s--t but way to go people. Bringing fun back...

I came in with my boyfriend and his little brother. There was a younger man I assumed was being trained, and the older one training him. Throughout making the 3 sandwich’s the older one was extremely rude, and the younger one wouldn’t speak above a whisper. Once we were ready to check out, I asked if could I get the meal of the day. On Sundays the meal of the day is oven roasted turkey sandwich, which is what I got. The older one extremely rudely said the I should’ve asked earlier. I said that I had already ordered the oven roasted turkey sandwich, and I just wanted to make it a meal. He scoffed and then ignored me. And he did not end up giving me the meal of the day. All it would’ve required was giving me a medium drink, my two cookies, and ringing it up as the meal of the day. But instead I’m deeply disappointed in the management for employing rude people. Not only that but the food was also dry and barely had any meat or cheese. And the bread seemed...

A couple weeks ago ordered two subs off the app. They were great soft etc, I met the new manager everything was better, store was clean, tomatoes and other toppings fresh. But tonight, I ordered online two sandwiches everything was great the young man was nice, but got home the sub bread was dry and old tasting. Was not fresh, the bread makes the sandwich good or can ruin the sandwich it was not enjoyable at all the bread was so dry to made tons of crumbs. It was sitting in the warmer for a good while. A girl was taking out fresh from the oven while I was there. Must have wanted to get rid of the old ones first. Very disappointing we usually love those sandwiches.
