Worst Customer Service EVER! We have had bad customer service in the past so we haven't visited for a long time. Today we decided to give it another try. After spending $30 on hot food we decided to get some ice cream. My parents and I each ordered off of our individual apps. My parents order came promptly with no issues. I was told that my order didn't show up on the screen. I showed the lady at the front My receipt. She told me she couldn't make my ice cream because it didn't show up on the screen. After 5 minutes of arguing my point that I paid for the food and her telling me to cancel my order, which is impossible on the app and she couldn't even show me how to do it, and her telling me to just place the order again, which would have made me pay for my food twice, she FINALLY agreed to make my food. Even though she did the right thing in the end, I was sick to my stomach after all of the arguing it took to get her to do it. She made sure and told me at the end that she isn't supposed to make orders that aren't on the screen. Apparently this is even if you have proof you paid. The owners really need to work on their...
   Read moreA few weeks ago I had a less than desirable experience here. I pulled in and saw a reasonably short line at the drive through. Having about twenty minutes to spare I figured I should be able to get out in time. I assumed that the first car at the window had either had a very large order, or ordered something special, seeing that it took it about five minutes before leaving. I then pulled up and ordered a fish sandwich. Nearly twenty minutes later, I had made the discovery that it simply took about four to five minutes for each car. I finally pulled up to the window, and payed for my sandwich, then settled back for the now expected wait. After about the figured wait time, a lady approached the window and I thought that finally my food may be coming. Instead, she leaned out and said "I'm sorry, but I just found out that we're out of fish. Would you like to order something else, or do you want your money back" My kind advice is that if you would like to stay in business, you take some lessons from some much more desirable eating places, and get your...
   Read moreWe ordered a blizzard and a sundae. There were 2 other tables with customers seated, all other tables were empty. There were only a very few clean tables available. This is and has been an ongoing issue with DQ for years.
While standing at the register waiting to place our order we were able to observe the floor behind the counter being very dirty and littered with trash, also an ongoing issue.
When our order was delivered to our table, the server did not turn the blizzard upside down which is always expected and done. The top half of the blizzard was very dark in color (rich cherry chocolate chip blizzard). About halfway down there was nothing left except vanilla ice cream. The blizzard was very poorly mixed which for the past couple of years has always been an issue.
The service, quality of food, and cleanliness has consistently been going downhill in the past couple of years. We drive approx 25 miles to visit this DQ which is the closest location to us. I think we have made our last...
