Really wanted this food to be good but my family and I were severely let down. Took almost 3 hours to receive our order and we were 10 minutes from the store. Most of the order was incorrect and at least two items were completely missing. Ordered two loaded potatoes and only one showed up. The one that did come was missing sauce and there was a piece of chicken cooked into it. My sister is vegetarian so she couldn’t eat the food even if it tasted good enough to do so. For one of the Philly cheesesteaks we ordered nothing but cheese on it and that somehow managed to arrive incorrect. Ordered and paid for salmon nuggets which weren’t available. Shrimp and grits were $14 but that only gets you over cooked grits that came with TWO, uncleaned (still had veins) shrimp. Order in total came out to about $120 and with all the items either missing, incorrect, or subpar we reasonably asked for a refund. Instead we were offered a $30 credit at the “restaurant” for later. Could probably work with that if my family and I were actually in Sandusky for more than a weekend. I really didn’t want to leave a review but after the piss-poor service and equally unsatisfactory food here I am. I hope things get better for this place because the menu seems decent, but I could never in good conscious recommend this restaurant to a human I know.
