If I could give zero stars, I would. Let me tell you about the absolute nightmare of an experience we had with this establishment. My wife and I had NEVER been to Ross’ Eatery and Pub before, but we were in the area and decided to give it a shot. The internet said they were open until 9 PM, but to be sure, I called ahead. Not once, but TWICE. The last call, at 7:11 PM, I spoke to a man who assured me they’d still be open for my wife to place an order. He even mentioned if it got close to 9 PM, they’d just put the food in a warmer for us. Great, right? WRONG.

My wife drove out of her way to get there, arriving at 7:45 PM, only to be told the kitchen was CLOSED. Closed! By the SAME guy I had spoken to on the phone not even 30 minutes earlier. When she called me, I thought maybe there was a mistake, so I called back to confirm she was at the right place. The same man answered, and his response? “Yeah, we’re closing now.” WHAT?! So which is it? Open until 9 PM? Open until 7:45 PM? Or just “open when we feel like it”?

What kind of incompetent operation runs like this? I SPECIFICALLY called to confirm the times, got reassured TWICE, and then you turn my wife away when she gets there? Talk about misleading, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful to a new customer. We were excited to try this place, and instead, we got a complete slap in the face. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a blatant disregard for your customers’ time, money, and effort.

I’ll tell you one thing: I wouldn’t step foot in this place again if they PAID me to. If you’re considering Ross’ Eatery and Pub, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Judging by the similar reviews I’ve seen, this seems to be a pattern. Consistently bad service, misleading information, and zero accountability.

We had an awesomely delicious dinner from here last night. We ordered one of their Monday specials. They have specials every day as well as their regular menu. We ordered the Stuffed Chicken Breast which was so tender..filled with yummy home made dressing smothered in a delish gravy. We got this with divine home made mashed potatoes and rice pilaf. We also ordered a 1/2 slab of fall off the bone ribs with a superb sauce. Sooo good. These we got with skinny fair style fries and rice pilaf. Last but not least some utterly delicious fried chicken. Again the chicken was so tender and the coating awesome! We got that with Jo Jo's and rice pilaf. It is so mych fun to find a hidden...

Just moved to the area and we are all for supporting local businesses so we decided to try this restaurant. Well it was absolutely disgusting. There were three visible people behind the counter making food and one handling cash and making food. NOBODY wore gloves while handling food. The woman picked her nose and proceeded to touch customers food with no gloves and one of the guys grabbed a hand full of jo jos again no gloves and was cash handing and went back to making food no gloves. Nobody even washed their hands in between. Not a single person. I used to work as a server for a very long time and that is absolutely not...
