This is definitely a LOCALS bar and grill. Service was typical, not overly friendly, but very friendly to locals to the point of asking regular patrons to help carry boxes to the basement. Took quite a while to get food. At 2pm on a slow Tuesday. Food was your typical bar food. I will give kudos to their onion rings. Very tasty. The chicken club was ok. A bit dry and had a after taste of fries fish. Serving sizes are good. Atmosphere of tour typical local watering hole. Had a musty stale smell to the air, but over all seemed clean.

I had a blast at karaoke! I'm not a good singer by any means but the local crowd were so kind and made it really fun! :) the employees are always so fast and really care about giving you a good experience. They have amazing happy hour prices! They have a wonderful selection of pull tabs. There are a lot of events going on throughout the week. I have never felt more welcomed by strangers at a small town bar. Sometimes you can feel out of place but here. I felt like I was being welcomed with open arms.

First time here. Great burger and fries and not a frozen patty either. Staff very friendly and checked in often. Parking is street parking and when it's busy can be a bit to find a spot. Good food and decent happy hour and bingo and I think they might do karaoke? I would definitely go back and check out the pizza next time looked really good too! If your in the area definitely worth checking out if you like burgers, pizza and a fun atmosphere.

I cannot say enough positive things about this 💎 in the sticks. At least that's what everyone else would describe it as who is from outside of this area. The owner's, the entire family, and their entire staff are bar none when it comes to Top Notch service. Not to mention the food is out of this world, the pizza is bomb, atmosphere is super laid back and amazing, and if you want to play pull tabs or bingo this is the place to go! I have never been so satisfied all the way around at any establishment, not to mention the ambient atmosphere, friendly clientele, on top of their Standalone service. (Extra special shout out to my favorite server/bartender Denise! She went out of her way to make our visit OVER THE TOP PHENOMENAL! Appreciate you Denise, thanjs again!) I stand behind the fact that I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! I am now a new somewhat regular, even though it's off my beaten path it is well worth the drive. All I can say is it is well worth it to take a Detour to the Detour, I promise you will not be disappointed!! We'll definitely see that place again...

All you can eat crab legs on Wednesday's was me and my family's favorite thing about this place (we have gone here for years and love the staff and bar).Couldn't get all you can eat crab legs for the price or quality anywhere else around the metro until now. They have raised their prices to $39.99 a person now! Also when I called at 7:45 tonight, they said they were out! Very disappointed! How do you run out of crab legs when it's all you can eat and only occurs once a week. If you're looking for another place around the metro for all you can eat crab legs, the Choo Choo bar does it as well on Monday's and is right...

Went on a Thursday with my folks when I was in town. It's a local dive / watering hole and absolutely loved it. They had a meat raffle going on so it was quite busy. Yet even w/ the busy"ness" our waitress was attentive and friendly, and the food was FANTASTIC. I had a grilled chicken sandwich that was juicy and sizeable. My dad had the biggest philly sandwich I've ever seen...tried a bite, it was amazing. Mom had the sunfish basket and said it was a game-changer. Overall, I'll definitely hit this place again with my folks when I'm in town from...
