Annie's Sweet Oven — Restaurant in Los Angeles

My experience here was horrible from the moment I stepped in. I felt a bad vibe. I won’t even been to this place twice and both times have been horrible. The treatment by the staff, the food and the service I ordered a tea. It came out cold and it was just basic overpriced items, I am unhappy with my service here and on top of that they made a complaint about me. My drink was accidentally spilled and I was not given a refund or consideration I feel I have been racially discriminated by this restaurant. If you have young children do not bring them here , they complain about them and ask you to leave or not return so many better places to go so before they refuse service to you I would recommend going anywhere else Starbucks McDonald’s with much better options. There’s so many healthy options to choose from because I’ve started cooking at home and I’m saving so much money money, especially in this economy. I have driven by this place forever and never stopped. Once I did I go for the first time, I have gone back almost every day. Except Sundays, Annie wants her weekends. LOL!!! The atmosphere is so pleasant and she shows up early to bake fresh treats. I am stuck on the Croissant Egg, Cheese, Ham, and I add bacon. They also have different Cheeses to choose from. As I write this I have gone well over 35 times already and I have a good overall feel for the Sweet Oven. You wont regret it. If its your first time let them know, they are happy to offer you a free cookie and I suggest the Oatmeal Cookie, It has cranberries instead of raisins and its so moist you can leave it out in the open for two days and it will not be hard as a rock like other cookies. lol. personal experience. :) Im on my way there now after I type...

Hi I'm writing this review today because since the very first day I walked into this lovely beautifully decorated bakery/cafe I've been treated no different than anyone else that comes through Annie's doors I'm going through some very difficult and low times in my life at the moment and Annie has never made me feel uncomfortable or un welcomed she and her staff have been very nice and always energetic with the welcome when you come in to the good bye on the way out I wanted to say thank you so much Annie for treating both me and my significant other with kindness n nothing less than it I really appreciate it.. :-)
