I stopped by this La Michoacana location to get some nachos. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. When I came, they were a little busy but not so bad. I got the large nachos with for extra cheese and jalapenos. They did take a while to make my nachos and didn't put a lot of jalapenos. The nachos were delicious especially with the extra cheese. The customer service was fine but just slow.

Very good experience. Excellent customer service. My daughter and her friends took their sweet time choosing what they want and the person helping them was patiently assisting them with a smile. This ice cream place offer more choices than any other ice cream joints that I know of. Price is reasonable and the place is clean and big. Certainly look forward to going back for more.

First time coming here. The lady that helped me out was super friendly and nice. I did not get her name. But I won't forget about her. Thank you for your amazing service and making me feel welcomed the horchata was amazing! . And I will check out the one on 47th street east in Palmdale!

Keep in mind that not all La Michoacana’s are the same. I’m rating them based on the paletas. They were not good. I got the following: lime (was okay), vanilla, strawberry, cookies n cream (was okay), Cookie Monster(was okay), coconut (the worst one). Prices were decent compared to other locations but I’d rather pay a little more to have better tasting paletas. I’m comparing them to other locations. This used to be my favorite place up until yesterday , I bought one of their gelatinas and it had mold on it ! When I went to alert one of the workers she tried to say it was the dye from the gelatin and I told her then why is it fuzzy like that ? She rolled her eyes at me and told me she’d give me another one but that it didn’t have mold , I told her I wanted something else instead and she proceeded to put the gelatin that she touched with her bare fingers back into the fridge to resell, i will NEVER be...

Just went to La Michoacán for some ice cream which I always dread because every time I ask for tops for the ice cream they claim they ain’t got none.
