Cinco Amigos — Restaurant in Loudon

I have been a regular customer for years, and now because of the experience I had today I will NEVER eat here again. For the last 10 weeks I have come once a week and ordered lunch(I was informed today that 2 tacos is not a meal). I use the restaurant as a good location for the gentleman I mentor every week, both of us order lunch every week. Today...for the first time in 10 weeks!.... I was provided lunch from my place of work and did not need to order. Today I was seated as normal.... today I was given my water because they know that is what I drink, because I'm regular..... as normal I was given a basket of chips and salsa for the table... also as normal they did not replenish the salsa after I finished waiting for my friend(I have always been understanding of this). My friend came... he ordered his lunch... we talked.... and then I was given a bill for 3.01 for "chips and salsa"! I was not given a refill for my drink... I was not given any extra salsa(nor have I ever been) ..... my friend had to ASK for more chips for his meal....I ate at most 8 tortilla chips and you charged me 3.00 after giving you two regular customers that spend over 15.00 every week for 10 weeks straight. As the son of a restaurant owner I am dissatisfied with that level of customer care. Apparently my measly 2 tacos means nothing to you... by the way my measly 4.00-6.00 every week times 10 is 40.00-60.00.... I have given you 60.00 over the past 2 months alone. I would have continued for the future of my meetings....

Went for my birthday dinner because we've always been pleased with this place! I'm not a picky eater, but this was awful! The waiter wasn't friendly, would drop our stuff off, then run off(could have been short staffed). Ordered cheese dip as we waited on the rest of our order. Took one bite and yuck! It tasted as if it was scorched! Daughter tasted it and said same. Husband said same, so I knew it wasn't just me. Told the waiter and he said, "Well, I'm not the cook". He took it to the kitchen and when he brought our food out he then said, "The cook said it isn't scorched and tastes fine. Nobody else has complained about it. All I can do is take it off of your ticket". Now mind you, everything they prepare has this same cheese on it. Needless to say, none of us finished our meal. The margarita I ordered tasted like the mix had been watered down and even the salsa didn't taste the same. When we mentioned the cheese dip up front when paying, the men up front said they tasted it and it was fine. Oh well...guess it was just our dip. Worst birthday dinner ever. Last dinner...

First off, and I'm by no means old, this place is so loud you can't even hear yourself think. Second, and one of the reasons this place gets two stars, the salsa wasn't half bad; the other pro (kind of) was the service. Our waiter, aka Andre the Giant, was so attentive, I thought he was going to sit down with us. Now, let me tell you about the guacamole; this was some foreign green paste..... literally.... something that could have been squeezed out of a ketchup bottle. Oh, lol, I almost forgot, we have no clue what was in my wife's sprite. We noticed what looked like someone had opened up a capsule of medicine and dumped it on the top and of the soda, lovely. Told management and they said "hmmm, maybe it was the label from the cherry grenadine, who can say?" Still waiting to see if an ER trip will be coming tonight; a thrill a minute. To cap everything off, Andre saw me looking at the bill and said, "don't worry sir, the kids drinks are free with the kids meal". Really? I'm pretty sure that's how it works everywhere amigo, but muchos gracias for...
