Dunkin' — Restaurant in Loudon

Today I went through the drive thru at this Dunkin donuts at about 7:15am 9/20/2022. We had order 2 med ice coffees extra extra, lite ice, 3 blue berry shots, 1 caramel shot & 2 sandwiches. First they had only given us one coffee as they " misunderstood" when we were ordering. " Although, the women taking the order had us repeat no exaggeration 4 separate times what our coffees were." So I had to pay separately for a coffee... Not a big deal. Although, the coffee they gave us was incorrect to begin with. Therefore I'd politely stated it wasn't what was asked for and to please have it remade. They then remade it handed it back with sugar about a quarter of the way up the cup. I then asked if this was a joke? They stated it's what you asked for although, the 2nd ice coffee made correctly and the same exact way as this one and looked completely different. They stated it just wasn't stirred thru, so I put napkins over the cover and opened my window and began to shake it upside down to mix it in.... This did nothing the sugar all came back down and was a fourth of the way up the medium cup. I stated I get the same coffee at multiple Dunkins 2 times a day and that it doesn't look like this period. They refused to remake it although incorrect. An although it was wrong to start with I still was told they weren't doing anything to fix it as the coffee which was identical to the other one was made and looked completely different! Ive worked at Dunkins myself I've made this coffee for over a year myself and had it made everyday for years since and never have had it taste and look like this and be told they refuse to fix it not one but 3 employees " Judy,...

So this location is just terrible. Since moving to Loudon a couple months ago we have got to this location ever Saturday morning. Never once has it been good, I’m not even looking for better, it’s Dunkin’s, good is all you should expect. Nope! Every weekend I get either a donut or wrap. They don’t order my donut flavor because no one wants it, french cruller. That’s terrible! I did get a croissant sandwich which was so awful and hard I couldn’t eat it. Today we placed an online order, hubby went to pick it, the lady working the ‘cooking’ area was rude and was just angry. If it’s that bad lady, quit, seriously life is too short. Then he finally gets my one sad little wake up wrap. It is waaaay overcooked, like rock hard!! I’m not happy! Would you eat that? No? Then why expect me to? No more wasting my money there! I told my hubby, don’t even ask me if I want anything from them, no way. Flush out employees who don’t like actually serving customers, I’m not saying customers are all perfect, but selling me a sandwich that is burnt and rock hard is far worse! I will contact...

Went there this morning, I did a mobile order about 25 minutes before I got there. Ordered 2 frozen coffees and 1 frozen hot chocolate. Still waited about 20 more minutes (for a total of about 45minutes) to get our order. Which wasn’t completely correct either. They had chairs places across the lobby so you couldn’t get to the counter unless you pushed your way through. Although, the wait time wasn’t what really bothered me. There was an employee behind the counter swearing, throwing things, yelling at customers. There was an older gentleman, who was hard of hearing, and she was literally yelling at him because he wasn’t understanding what she was saying. It was totally uncalled for! It was absolute chaos and unprofessional! You could see a lot of people were uncomfortable being around such a person! Even though our order was not 100% correct, I was too nervous to correct them.
