Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Louisa

I am sooo impressed with Louisa Dairy Queen and Zip Zone Express!! I ordered Dwayne a birthday cake from them and not only did they do a phenomenal job! They went a step above and beyond and included a very special and personal message to my husband for his birthday!! The card they attached was probably one of the sweetest and most random acts of kindness I have experienced in a long time!! Thank you for doing something extra and adding to my husbands special today!! You now have a very loyal customer!! #smallthingsmatter...

Came inside to order, waited for a few minutes and didn’t see anyone in sight to wait on me. Finally I yelled “can someone take my order?” And they came out of the back. Came here 2 days in a row and was told it would be around a 10 minute wait for breakfast.

No cars in the drive thru and just an elderly couple dining in. First and last time I’ll go to this place. I got the pancake platter that to my surprise doesn’t come with a drink! What is DQ coming...

Absolutely the worst staff there. There was a family that was coming in not even remotely around closing time and they closed the whole restaurant and said well you know drive thrus open. Like completely rude. There customer service is awful definitely won’t be getting my money anytime soon. And sometimes you even wonder if there even working or on strike as much as you see them standing out side...
