I've given this place at least 3 chances to get it right. Just tonight, I placed an order for 2 large meals, one being a Double Quarter Pounder with ONLY cheese and tomato, one 6 piece chicken tender WITH a second one with coupon, and 1 20 piece chicken nugget. The first thing I notice- they messed up on the DQP. No big deal, they just added more than the tomato and cheese. It happens. I take it to them and have them fix it. Then I look in the bag. Only 1 chicken tender, and one of the fries is a medium instead. I had already recieved my DQP for the second time and didn't feel like waiting any longer for them to fix their mistakes again because lobby closed at 10:30 and it was already after closing. I just left with the multiple mistakes they gave me, partly because I didn't want to make them wait to close, but mostly I was frustrated they couldn't get half my order right. Side note, at least the 20 piece actually had 20 nuggets in it this time, unlike the last couple times I ordered them. 2 stars for effort on the nuggets, but next time I'll go to Burger King so I'll know my order...

The code did not work and when I showed them a new code rather then looking at the register they said the app doesn't always work. Management then told us it was only for something else even though we showed them the coupon. Still refused to fix or make it right. Then said "sorry its a corporate thing not a store thing" , then just stared at us as if we were telling them the most uninterested thing. We spoke kindly and never raised our voice. I understand the app doesn't always work but other McDonald's if they see the coupon have made it right or been more consumer...
