Mrs. B's is a true gem, a culinary oasis nestled in the heart of a sleepy Kansas town. Don't let the quiet locale fool you; this restaurant is absolutely worth waking up for, and driving for, if necessary. From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that felt like a comforting hug. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, making us feel like valued guests. They offered helpful recommendations and ensured our every need was met with a smile. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and it made our dining experience truly exceptional. And then there's the food. Each dish was a masterpiece, crafted with care and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the preparation was flawless. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a delight. It’s clear that Mrs. B’s has a passion for creating delicious, memorable meals. This restaurant is a testament to the fact that extraordinary dining experiences can be found in the most unexpected places. If you're anywhere near this charming Kansas town, make it a point to visit Mrs. B's. You won't be...

We've been here several times and will always come back when in the Louisburg area. Michelle is an amazing server. Portions are great and prices are very reasonable. Delicious award winning fried chicken, the BEST rolls with a honey butter brushed on the top. Hands down the best Patty Melt I've ever had! Crispy French fries and brown gravy was yummy! Big ol breakfast burrito was devoured by my fiance. Country fried steak is also big and delicious! Better get there early if you want homemade pie, or one of their HUGE sharing sized cinnamon rolls! For those who grew up in the Midwest, they do have chili to go with the cinnamon rolls! Coffee and iced tea are really good too! Homemade noodles in the chicken and noodles. You are missing out if you don't eat here! UPDATE! We went there for brunch today and it was still amazing! Jays chicken fried steak and eggs was a HUGE plate of food! We got chili and cinnamon rolls for later too! UPDATE! Went for brunch and got an 8 PC fried chicken to go. Delicious 😋 UPDATE!!! Not much has changed! Still a great place to eat! Through Ham and beans with fried red potatoes and onions and...

We love going to diners / cafes on our road trips and this is one of the best! My husband always orders the same thing at every one we stop at (if it's on the menu) - country fried steak and he said this is one of the best ones he's had in a long time. I ordered the chicken fried chicken meal with mashed potatoes, country gravy and green beans - ALL WERE WONDERFUL! I don't get fried food very often but this was so delicious and tender (I cut it with my fork) but NOT greasy. The gravy - yum, and the green beans - out of this world! I could have eaten a whole plate of those as a meal by themselves. They were honestly the best ones I've ever had (sorry Gloria). We did not order dessert (trying to cut back on that too) but saw the cinnamon roll being delivered to another table and HOLY THING OF BEAUTY! It was huge and looked delicious. I kind of regret not getting one to go. If you live near here, you are so lucky and if you're traveling through, STOP and indulge! You'll be...

The food was great. It is a local favorite, apparetntly, as alot of folks who seemed to know each other came through the doors. Very friendly, hometown, Mayberry feel. Food was delicious, with large portions. Meat was moist and flavorful, tater tots were crunchy, buns were lightly buttered and toasted. Good, old school, American style fare. As you can see, it was so good we forgot to take pictures until after we had partially eaten some of the food. 🤣🤣

Fantastic hometown cafe. We stopped here on a road trip based on reviews and it did not disappoint. The French toast was delicious and my husband enjoyed his plate size pancake. Coffee was good as well. We bought a giant cinnamon roll to go and it was the best I’ve ever had - so delicious. We will definitely be back. I’m dying to try the lunch menu!
