Timber Creek Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Louisburg

Fried Pickles are fire here until you get to the last ones touching the plate, then watch out for all the grease that they have been soaking in. We were going to Louisburg BBQ because they showed open but weren't. We went here instead, and it was okay. We had burnt ends and sausage. However, the burnt ends were not good. Burnt ends were tough to eat, and they were diffenatly burnt. The club wrap was okay, and it was literally just a club wrap, no fries or anything to go with it, so I won't be ordering it again for $11. I can make it at home cheaper. The server seemed nice she had to be reminded of things she'd forgotten possibly new or just shy, which is okay. I didn't really see many happy smiling faces on people working, but it was Sunday, so maybe they just wanted to be home like most of us on Sunday. I asked another server for a straw when she passed by (not our server), and she kinda gave a look of really? I didn't pay much attention, but my 7 year old said, " I don't think she liked you asking her mom." I told him maybe she was wondering where our server was not to worry about it too much. This isn't a place I would talk people into going there to eat. We used to live in Louisburg, and so we'd been there before years ago, and I've always had the same view of it. It's a place to eat if nothing else is open. They do have room for large groups, though, so if that is an issue, this place would be...

This was our worst dinning experience ever. Four waitresses were standing around and not one of them approached our table. We finally asked for our waitress and she showed up with a major attitude. We finally got our drinks and it took another 20 minutes for her to return and take our order for appetizers. Our waitress never checked on us for drinks we continually had to holler to get her attention. Were 45 minutes in and ask her to please take our dinner order. It takes another 30 minutes to get our food but my wife's plate didn't come with ours. We were almost done eating when my wife's food showed up and she didn't want to eat alone or take the food home. The waitress took the plate back to the kitchen and the cook showed up huffing and puffing at my wife who explained that she wouldn't take the food and keep it in a hot vehicle all day. Then this guy shows up to our table doesn't identify himself and screams at us all what do you want half off the meal. My wife pulled him aside as to not cause a scene. He kept arguing with her so I went over to deesclate the situation and he gets in my face. This had been the fifth time there and never had any issues before this but we will never eat at your establishment ever againg. We don't...

Ordered a salad with my dinner. Was expecting lettuce cheese and etc. It came with spinach and not lettuce. What kind of a salad comes with spinach leaves instead of lettuce. The help is great, but food is not something to be desired. If your gonna make a spinach salad at least tell the customers it's spinach and not lettuce. Things like this is why I won't be back. But I will say the waitress staff makes up for the bad experience of the food. She performed her job above and beyond what she had to do. If we ever come back we'll make sure she's our waitress. She has a good personality and loves the customers. Again she went above what she had to do. Waitresses get a 5 star rating but the food gets a 1 star.the waitresses name was Triana.
