The experience there was awful the waitress there a tall young lady had a huge attitude with our table but seem fine with everyone else . She came with an attitude to bring our menus , never took the time to bring our drinks we had to ask for them , we order some sushi rolls and they never came I had it there a meal that includes soup, salad, and rice and she proceed to bring nothing but some chicken and when we ask her about our other items she got the biggest attitude, and her service was the worst I have ever experience. I don’t know if I offended her because of the color of my skin or she is just this nasty of a person in real life but either way i will let everyone I know about my experience at this establishment and I know for me my business will be taken to a competitor of theirs. The sushi is pretty good here, but not good enough to deal with the awful service I experienced. The waitress/manager did not enter my takeout order correctly, and I didn't realize it until I got home that one of my rolls was not correct.

I called to let them know that I am allergic to the roll they gave me and they said I would have to pay for a new one. The manager became rude very quickly and said that it wasn't her problem, so I asked to speak with her manager. A nicer man came on the phone and after some persuading, finally agreed to replace the roll at no cost. He said that they could only do this once because he would lose money if they did this everytime (how often do they mess up orders?), and I had to explain to him that I would lose money because I simply can't eat food I'm allergic to. HORRIBLE FOOD!!! Def not fresh food. I ordered a sushi roll with fried shrimp. The shrimp wasn't fully cooked. The roll fell apart and tasted old. I'm not very picky about food but I literally couldn't even force myself to eat it and yes I tried to force it down. My boyfriend and kids ordered filet steaks. They were cooked wrong and served cold, looked like it had been sitting out. One if the filets was actually a new York strip and was tough, could barely chew it. 4 of us went and none of us were able to eat our meals. They put fish eggs on my sushi after I asked not to then told me to scrape it off with a spoon. I pointed out that I couldn't force it down and was told "really, what's wrong with it?"
