Big c's bbq — Restaurant in Louisiana

I got the pulled pork poboy with beans and potato salad. The beans were everything you want in BBQ beans with a nice chunk of meat in there. The potato salad was incredible, very soft and tender and no overpowering taste of mustard or anything. The meat had a great smoke flavor but did not come sauced. I prefer sauced pulled pork sandwiches personally, but there was a side of sauce served. The sauced seemed bottled and the bread was more like a large hot dog bun. Overall I still liked the sandwich as a whole. I would get it again and recommend it to anyone. I look forward to trying more on the menu...

This place deserves way more traction—GOOD food!! The ribs are ROLLING!!! I mean down to the bbq sauce, it’s all amazing. Highly recommend to anyone. They easily beat the average bbq rib joints. You will not be disappointed, AT ALL!!

The owner is a guy with skin in the game. He has a unique cooking style that makes the food taste out of this world. The ribs are fall of the bone good and his sauce is handmade and does not taste tangy or to sweet like most sauces. The texture and taste in the potato salad is perfectly mixed.
