I read all the reviews and decided to go with this restaurant based on the reviews that was saying the food was spectacular. There is nothing further from the truth. These people must not have ever eaten food that's actually good. They must eat out of a garbage can on a daily basis because this is the worst ..i mean the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my entire life. The lo mein, oh my God ,it's like spaghetti noodles in a plastic container with no flavor at all. Don't get me started on the fried rice. It tastes like cafeteria rice that they left from the day before and re served it to the kids. The beef and broccoli has no flavor whatsoever.. I had to come home and add soy sauce and hoisin sauce just so I could choke it down. Just horrible and whoever said it was good in the reviews-y'all need play in traffic ! I don't know -get a new pallet because your pallett is ridiculously off. Horrible horrible. And the worst part's we spent $48 That should be a lot of good Chinese food but now it's a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt is a welcomed change to the usual Chinese restaurants because it has a more āat homeā taste. The food is very good, the fried rice and pork is delicious. The sweet and sour chicken is more tangy than sweet but it is still just as good. It does not taste like they got the food out of a box and just warmed it up. Really, this restaurant is more like a Chinese adaptation to American ingredients and itās honestly really refreshing. The only issue with this restaurant that I have is the beverages. Itās painfully obvious they just use unfiltered city water and you can definitely taste it. I highly recommend this restaurant to install a water filter because the taste is just awful. Due to that I am removing one star, but the overall experience...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreService was okay. The tables and floor were really sticky. Food was terrible. I got a general tso lunch plate and they forgot the eggroll that comes with it. The chicken was over fried. The sauce for the chicken was extremely sweet. The fried rice that came with it was extremely dry and you could tell that it had been sitting for A while and the flavor tasted like oil. My friend got A pork chow mein. The fried noodles that is suppose to come with it was forgotten. He asked for it and when it came out, it was the same fried noodles that was served with the soup. The flavor of his dish was described to me as "we're never eating here again." It's not his first chow mein either. I definitely do not recommend this...
