Before I started working here, I used to always get the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with extra bacon SOOO GOOD. Occasionally, I would get an eclair or a powder covered bavarian or chocolate bavarian filled 🍩 donut. I've also had a bBLT & occasionally a coffee and a frappuccino. They opened here in Norco,Louisiana in 2019, I believe. And I didn't know how it was going to work out for them. Well there's truth in numbers. From the regulars, the locals, so to speak, to the staff and impeccable detail, they put into everything from the food to the way things are placed to the guest restrooms cleanliness. Before working here I had been a server for 17 years, but I never worked at a coffee and ( pun intended) donut sho. With a full menu, breakfast, lunch sides and our specials that ore tuesdays wednesdays thursdays and Fridays. Here you get the best of all worlds! With 20 different flavors of coffee, if you're in the mood for a frappuccino a cappuccino or just a caramel macchiato 😋. There are poker machines as well as a full bar. So if you're feeling like you want a drink after a hard day's work or a drink to celebrate, this is the place to be. Now I work here and this establishment lives up to its name! I'm not just saying that because I work here now y'all.. If it weren't for the many different facets, an order of excellence. I would have left here and found work elsewhere. The thought, and the time they put in to making the guest experience the best they best they possibly can. With all the regular people coming in as well as outsiders that said they were gonna come back anytime they visited the area. Coffee and in Norco, Louisiana truly stands out for its exceptional qualities. And those aren't my words, those are words of a guest who dined in on Sunday for the 1st time. The dedication to excellent service is evident in every interaction. The seamless teamwork creates a positive and efficient atmosphere. The first time I went, It was perfect...the day shift was unbelievably nice and attentive and they pampered us like we were their children at the dinner table, it felt really comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. I fell in love with this place instantly, but just two days later on Friday night 12.20.19 around 10pm...the crew was not so nice. The lady who took the order over the phone was rude, when asked "what sides were available", she replied that she didnt have enough time to tell us what sides they have...WOW! My food was subpar this time, the biggest problem I had was the portion...this plate should have been every bit of $5 the way it looked and I paid $9 for it...it wasnt presentable at all...it was like a small fry with about 10 small shrimp...$9? Now, I have no problem with $9 as long as I am receiving $9 worth of food. Having said all that...if customer service was enjoyable this time, I probably would have never complained...but I do want them to fix that issue because there are plenty places in the vicinity that offer larger portions for at or around the same price. So above all let's work on that customer service night shift!!! I love this place and I'm looking forward to them doing great things for a long time and this will only happen if they heed to constructive feedback and continue...

The food and atmosphere are great. The lady however is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND MEAN. Why would anyone keep that type of person hired at their business after the many many complaints on that same woman is beyond me. She treats customers and even some employees like trash and since she verablly says she hates taking certain orders then WHY IS SHE WORKING THERE? Coffee and is great, I've been to more than one location but this location is not one I'd return to as long as that lady works there. Unacceptable. I want nothing but the best for Coffee And but I fully believe that once The Donut Hole opens up, most if not all customers will switch to The Donut Hole due to the poor customer service from that one lady.
