Dip It Chocolates — Restaurant in Louisiana

I dropped in with my two daughters on a Saturday afternoon. Wendy and Lindsay(?) were busy preparing for a party but were so very kind and allowed us inside and even let my girls make their own dipped pretzel. They pulled out a cart and let them choose between pretzels, Rice Krispy treats or marshmallows, and then the many topping options.

They were so kind and informative. They told us all about the different types of chocolate and the many activities that are offered.

They took the time from their busy preparations to accommodate us when they were technically closed to walk-in customers. They made sure we felt welcome and made the girls so happy to enjoy their very own DIY dipped pretzels.

10/10 recommend. The BEST customer service ever!

Stopped by for some ice cream seeing as how it popped up when searching on Google Maps. Looked like they were between parties and not truly open to the public. Still - essentially convinced my two impressionable kiddos that, although they didn’t have ice cream, they had “something amazing…” I thought to myself, oh, she’s just doing us a favor by giving them a small sample to make up for the fact that they didn’t have ice cream and let them dip a singular marshmallow in chocolate. And then at the counter charged $6 PER marshmallow for “chocolate dipping experience.”

Just felt a bit overpriced and overhyped. But again, we’re probably not their target market....

Debbie is such a sweet person and the Dip It experience was absolutely wonderful! We were able to get dip chocolate strawberries. Debbie was thorough and made sure we understood how to correctly dip them. She even had a one on one with us on how to make and roll homemade ice cream. Let’s say this was the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I love all aspects of their facility that caters to all kids and adults. She ensured to make sure kids on the spectrum are safe there as well.
