Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

I ordered some food like normal...when I got home my order was incorrectly made...I called and was put on hold for 15 mins. I had to call back the girl I spoke too said come back they'd refund me...she didn't say I needed the food or anything so I brought my receipt with pictures...as she was about to refund me another girl stepped in and said I needed the food to get a refund which was not told to me prior by the girl on the phone i asked if i needed to bring anything when we spoke she said no...heated words were exchanged when I was told I needed to leave without my refund or correct order...I initially refused so she called the cops on me to make me leave...so I did...without my refund or correct order...I've spent lots of money here over the years and never had an issue like this..never has someone called the cops on me for anything....first being put on hold and never have the manager come back I had to call back which is ridiculous then I'm told come back to get my money by staff ...just to arrive and be told different... that's 2 trips my time and gas money ...just to be told to leave empty handed and would not give me the manager or owners name/number ....and when I told her I'm pursuing her being terminated she stated " this is dominos that would be a step up for me sir" and she was supposed to be the store manager!!! Just ridiculous...no pride in her job or work ethic ....I'll admit i could've handled it better myself but I was completely frustrated and gas lit by the employee at this point and did raise my voice in anger....which i shouldn't have done, but It's not right that a company can mess up my order which is completely their fault then threaten you to leave with calling the cops because I'm right and they're wrong!?! Because i want my money back for my inconvenience and principal alone..and dont want to pay for incorrectly made food...Like really I'll never eat dominos ever again...

I was head to the animal hospital for an appointment and got there and hour early so I stopped by the Domino’s pizza place. I drove up to the window to make an order. I order a small hand tossed pepperoni pizza. When they told me the price of $11. Bucks. I was thinking to myself that very expensive for just one small pepperoni pizza. I paid the lady and she took my card I was witching her as she was checking me out . She walked away from the window with my card in hand . Witch I didn’t like to much due to all the people steeling people information. Just a few minutes she had me my card and asked me too drive around to the other side to wait for it at the other window. About 15min they hand me my pizza. I drove off to the veterinary and sat in my car to eat and share with my dog buzz. The pizza looked very well cooked and it tasted really good. But I still not happy with the price I paid for it. I feel like I was ripped off. As a customer to any worker out there if you know your business you work for and if there a special offer or they running a discount. Please have the courtesy to at least let them know about the offer of any special or discount to all your customers. It would make a huge impact on your company and towards you as a great server. I will think twice before I will even stop at this site again in the future. Not too happy with the service and not to upset with the taste of the food. So I give this place a 50/50...

I had an order that was supposed to be finished at 9:10 pm per the app. At 9:05 I arrived and was told 5 minutes. I waited at the window until 9:45. I was told repeatedly it would be out in just a minute. Several people who showed up after me were given food while I waited. I was given food that was completely cold when I got home. I live less than 1 mile away. I called and asked for my food to be redone or refunded. I was told they gave me pizzas off of their "overflow rack" that matched my order And that my actual order has just come out of the oven and was ready if I wanted to get it instead. I asked if they were sure both pizzas and bread bites would be done when I got there. I was told yes. I get there and 1 pizza is done and boxed. The guy at the counter says "oh I thought you just wanted the one pizza remade." I restated that I wanted 2 pizzas and bread bites that were both fresh or I wanted a refund. They did not want to give me a refund so I had to wait around for the food to be made. There were 4 people in the store working. Other than 1 delivery driver that left while I was waiting and the 3 people that came after me and got there food before me there was no one at the store while I was there. So I'm not sure why they couldn't make food in a decent amount of time. I'm very displeased with...
