Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Louisiana

Last night me and my wife went to Fox’s to eat. Placed our order and it was 1 hr before we received our food. While we were waiting there was a man there who had called in an order to go. He was there for 45 minutes when he asked one of the workers how long it would be because they had told him it would be no longer than 30 minutes. The manager then walked over to him and was extremely unprofessional to him. The man then asked the manager for his money back and she replied no. She advised him to leave with no refund and no food. When he tried to explain that he was told it would be no longer than 30 minutes she told him to shut up !! The man then sat back down and his food was ready appropriately 15 minutes later. The manager (a female) was extremely rude and raised her voice at the man plus told him to shut up. This all occurred while there were several customers and also a birthday party going on. Fox’s pizza lost our business along with several other peoples business who witnessed this. Will never step foot in the West Monroe...

I gave 3 stars because I truly like the food. Well liked the food better than I do now. I usually get my food to go so I never dine in. That was the end of me going back even for pick up. 1) vents looked horrible 2)ceiling tiles had stuff hanging from them from the vents. That could easily fall in the food. 3) booths wasn't wiped down 4) floors were dirty especially around coke machines 5) the cabinet that holds the machine is needing a good cleaning. Especially around the base. 6) the coke machine sides were dirty. Look I like foxes but today food was alright. It wasn't like it use to be and the love for the dining room and other stuff I saw is not there anymore. Hope this doesn't upset anyone but hopefully only motivated the right people to get it done. This is the neatest little neighborhood pizza place. As a first time customer, I didn't know what to expect. I walked in, was greeted immediately, placed my order, and sat on the bench to wait. Although there weren't many cars outside; this place was busy! I would definitely suggest calling in your order prior to arrival. I did have to wait awhile but I didn't mind at all. I was able to watch the magicians at work! Each pizza was created carefully with perfection and an element of pride that I haven't seen in a long time. These guys love what they do and it shows!!
