Hardee’s — Restaurant in Louisiana

The epitomy of bad service/management . Came in at night and as soon as we walked in the made sure we heard the sighs. Tried to order food while 4 of them talked and pretended like we were not there or asked us if we wanted anything. Once I stepped up closer the first thing they told us is it's going to be quite awhile they are in a shift change. Mind you they were laughing and telling jokes and hanging out 2 mins ago. The way it was said was super dismissive once you couple that with the sighs to make sure we know getting food at 11pm at night is a huge inconvenience to them even though it's a 24 hour location. Luckily I never have to stop back here. The manager was the person who was dismissive as well. Spent about 15 minutes here and not once sid they do anything expect personal talk and joking around. No one actually working. Walked out and drove across the street so not only did hardees lose my business loves lost it as well. Put all my items back and got them across the street along with $50 in gas....that's how capitalism...

The lobby and kitchen were very nice and clean. I have been coming here almost every night and sometimes in the morning for the past 6 months. I have never had any issues other than running out of items like ham or lettuce, and I know that this is not the servers or cooks / preparation persons' fault. I have been able to get to know a couple of employees who have been very helpful and friendly . I have seen them go out of the way to make customers happy(especially me). I would like to recognize these two individuals who do an amazing job . First is Dee. We have had some great conversations about her abilities and acknowledgment of her duties. You are doing an amazing job and keep up the great work. Next is a very big guy who has an awesome personality and is there to help. I haven't got his name yet. So my husband and I were ordering a double mushroom and swiss medium combo meal and the ticker said 11.89 but it rang up 12 and change. And the cashier was starting to argue with my husband. So he got the manager in the love's store who saw what the issue was and the cashier said she would charge us for a single but give us doubles. Needless to say, we got singles and my burger had looked like someone grabbed it putting a thumb impression in the bun. The fries were also not fresh and some were even cold. I took photos to share in case I decided to go back in. I did not go back in since I am disabled and the husband didnt go back in he needs to sleep before we head back out on the road.
