Honeydoux Cafe+ Bakery — Restaurant in Louisiana

Update: It's funny how a business starts doing well. Customer service goes to hell. I am in the store almost daily, buying breakfast sandwiches at least three plus days a week in addition to baked goods. Yesterday, I went in and ordered two breakfast sandwiches and baked goods. I get back to my office on both sandwiches they forgot the EGG, called spoke to manager, come back tomorrow get new sandwiches, go in today and now the manager offers only to hand us two eggs.....no bread, two cooked eggs, because that is all they forgot... they forgot what customer service is. We ordered egg sandwiches and got only bacon and cheese, go in after calling and being TOLD we would get our sandwiches "replaced".... wow. What does one do with two eggs handed to you?? As for myself and my staff, we will not go there again. We will also remove the menu's we hung up in all the breaks rooms. Two eggs, they wanted to hand us two cooked eggs....what do you do with that?! This is not what she said yesterday, and this is not at all...

Win Lose or Draw. U never know what u will get coming here. I liked coming here because it was in the same building as my doctors but I stopped because they weren't very welcoming when I walk in. I decided after some time to give em another shot csuse they are the only place with coffee and muffins on my way to work. Went in had a great experience the guy who took my order was super nice spoke when I came in made my caramel macchiato with no problem. Went a couple week later a girl was in there didn't speak said she didn't know how to make caramel Moschiato 🙄 I asked for a decaffeinated caramel cappuccino she looked confused but made it. I like the food and ambience but the service is hit or miss. I probably won't be back. I'll make my own muffins and coffee before I leave home. Its cheaper and emotionally stable lol I know what attitude I'll be...

We've been customers at Honeydoux for years. Every member of our family loves it! It's a great place to get tasty coffees, pastries, and breakfast & lunch items in a cozy, welcoming environment. We also recently ordered a custom, three-tiered cake for a 50th anniversary party, and Katie knocked it out of the park! It was absolutely gorgeous. She was very easy to work with and genuinely seemed to care about making the vision come to life. We had the cake delivered to the event location, and Katie graciously offered to add our fresh flowers to the cake. We had a picture from the original cake 50 years ago, and she did an awesome job recreating it!! On top of all that, the cake was DELICIOUS. (And I'm quite picky about cake!) Thank you so much for helping make our event a night...
