McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisiana

I came in for nuggets fries and ice cream, I left with a cheeseburger I've cream and fries. Not sure if anyone else likes the feeling of leaving your home on a rainy day for a snack only to return home without one, I don't. After opening the bag when I arrived home to see my order was not what I ordered I returned. The line is usually long whenever I come here so I pulled to the side of the drive thru line. I gave the lady my receipt and bag with burger back and simply wanted a refund for the nuggets. The person immediately said that she could not do it. I was not okay with this but she did offer me nuggets. I declined because I sat in line patiently and waited for my food the first time that I did not receive. My reasoning for this is that I trusted you to get it right the first time, my second trip will only ever be for a refund that I did not receive. I did let the lady know that I wanted nothing from them and pulled off and paid for nuggets again at another location. Out of 10 times this location has served me right maybe 4. Dear manger, from intercom, to window to pay, to window to pick up, I figure it's no more than 70-80 feet . If your staff cannot get it right with all of that technology I suppose you also need to learn how to train your people correctly. I have see may McDonald's close down and hopefully this...

Ordered 3 $6.00 Meals All 3 were incorrect and Not fresh Also Ordered a Big Mac it was unfresh as I requested

There were 4 Fries in that order as well they were all cold and not replaced

The drinks were 2 Sprites and one Fruit Punch they were all fruit punch and watered down tasting

I brought it all back and it was still unfresh again

Dedicated to Write this complaint because the manager on duty did nothing to satisfy our request for fresh food

Unbelievably rude and lazy staff. Whenever you try to order, the woman on the headset cuts you off and barely listens to what you said. I ordered breakfast online 20 minutes before breakfast ended, and they waited that whole 20 minutes to avoid making it. They also admitted they don't even start making it until after you show up, and they throw away all the breakfast items at 10:30, so there's no point in ordering online because you're still gonna have to wait that whole time.
