McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisiana

I went to the McDonald's in marrero on westbank expressway and Ames Blv . I ordered a deluxe breakfast and I told the cashier I wanted everything off the grill cook freshly . Plus I ordered one breakfast burrito and a strawberry smoothie the manager was standing there the whole time , having a private conversation with somebody who she knew outside of the McDonald's so I turned and asked her about my deluxe breakfast off of the grill and she said what do you want off the grill ?I told her I wanted everything off the grill and she said the pancakes are never off the grill it's just something they open out of the package and warm . but I still was standing there for a while waiting for them to just cook some eggs off the grill and one sausage patty which I didn't see him do because I was watching The Cook the whole time ,then finally she gave me my my meal and told me that was my meal, then I asked her about my smoothie , now there's has been a smoothie that has Been sitting there way before they even started making my deluxe breakfast, which mean by the time she gave it to me after the deluxe breakfast was done. and keep in mind she never told me the smoothie that was sitting on the cabinet was mine the whole time I was waiting for my deluxe breakfast . So of course that smoothie she was trying to give me was warm so I asked her would she make me another smoothie she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a smart looking face, and she had an attitude so i ask for the manager or someone above her she told me there was no one else above her which I know they did, even if it was the store owner .then when I got home I realize she never even gave me my burrito, she didn't even take the time to check the bag to see if I had all my items. meanwhile the whole time she wasn't really working she was just standing there talking to somebody who she knew outside of McDonald's job .and the whole time I was waiting for my order , the restaurants smelled like throw up or...

This was my worst experience at McDonalds ever. For one I’m pregnant and I had to be in Baton Rouge for 8am. I arrived at McDonald’s for 6am. Sat in the drive through for about 5 minutes waiting to be greeted. Saying hello. Then I went to the first window no one was there i sat there for about 2 minutes . Then pulled to the second window. A lady walked to the window and say “ what can I get for you “ I ordered she then came back with a total . I ordered an caramel frappe , they were out of it. Everytime I come to this McDonald’s they don’t have caramel frappes . But She fixed my drink and gave it to me and said “ here” with an attitude . it wasn’t full enough there wasn’t even enough ice in it. I ordered a Large Rootbeer, the few cubes of ice was floating at the top . I blowed my horn and then asked another lady to fill it up . The one who took my order she walked up talking with an attitude saying we don’t fill up the drinks that was enough . If somebody ask you to fill it up tell them no. So then when the lady finally handed it back she wasted it on my hand because she hadn’t put the top on properly . Then they finally gave me my food . I ordered a sausage burrito. It was warm and okay. I ordered two hash browns they were cold & I ordered a sausage biscuit with an grape and strawberry jelly. They gave me a biscuit just the biscuit no sausage in the middle I realized it once I got to bridge city but I couldn’t turn around I had to be in Baton Rouge . Also when I was there I told the other lady who remade my drink that the other lady was really disrespectful . She responded “ don’t worry about her “ . This was the worst service I’ve ever had and I won’t be back . On top of that I went straight to the rest room once I got where I needed to be , I was most likely Cross contaminated . I’m...

My friend and I went through the drive through just about an hour ago. I ordered a Big Mac meal with sweet tea, light ice and two apple pies. She ordered the two cheeseburger meal with diet coke and a 20-piece nugget. The fries were super fresh, but unsalted, which made them bland. My apple pie was old and dry. My iced tea was not light ice as requested. The lettuce on my sandwich was turning brown and the apple pie that I ate was old and dry. Also, they did not put any sauce for the nuggets or napkins in the bag.

Finally, my friend didn't get her almost $6 of change back. I don't know if she drove off too quickly or if the person just forgot to hand it to her, but this wouldn't have happened if the employee had just given her back the change DIRECTLY AFTER having taken the money for the purchase. Why would you get your food before you get your change? I think that's why mistakes like...
