New York Bagel Airline — Restaurant in Louisiana

I bought a coupon for NYBC on 225BestEats. $18 for $10. Great deal! I have been to the Jefferson location several times, no complaints. This location on Airline is located INSIDE the Price Leblanc Toyota Dealership. Super ingenious marketing for both dealership and Cafe! ...With that said, ughhh, the workers arent very customer service oriented. I ordered over the phone, just a blah experience. I picked up my order, I was told over the phone the 'soup of the day' only to be told, once I paid....the soup was Not Asparagus, but instead loaded potatoe. It was already in the bag, as if they assumed I would be OK with it. I agreed anyway, people were waiting, seemed like a refund would take an act of Congress, and left with my bag....luckily, after the soup misinformation, I checked my sandwich order before I left the parking lot. My order was completely wrong. I walked back in, up to the counter and the worker was behind the counter, with an out reached arm holding another bag. She replied " here, I gave you the wrong order". That was it. No apology, no shame, nothing ..just Here! The Soup was cold and awful...it was as if someone tossed a 1/2 cup of instant mashed potatoe mix in with water and called it soup. Just terrible, I threw it away - so much for the great coupon deal. The sandwich was good, good quality meats, veggies and breads from NYBC, but the take away is. ..DONT EXPECT MUCH AT THIS LOCATION.....MAKE DARN SURE YOU...

For years I used to buy bagels for my office once a week from this location. This morning I go in and the person working is on her phone, sees me, and runs to the back. I wait 10 mins and hear the door close going out side. As I give up, I walk out side and she is still on her phone. I ask if she is "working" she tells yes and continues to talk on the phone. Horrible customer service. Plenty other options. won't...

This is a really nice place! You would not think so given it's in a car dealership. That's why I could really only give it 4 stars for the atmosphere.

But I've been there several times at different times of day, and I've gotten consistently good service. I came in a few days ago before closing, and the food was still fresh. Also, everyone is so friendly! The service is great, and I'd definitely...
