Peggy's Homemade Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

Oh my God, the worst pizza I've ever had! This place deserves negative stars. Do not believe the reviews, this pizza is horrendous!! I wouldn't feed this to a dog!! Reply: I'm glad you said that. I didn't even mention that you tried to deny that you received my order, until I showed you the receipt. The pizza was so bad that the fact that you tried to deny you received the order was miniscule. So your response alone shows that the pizzas came from you. The pizzas weren't reheated. Would I reheat and burn both? C'mon! This is what you sold me, but I can completely understand why you would want to deny it, just look at it! I was passing through, had it not been for that, I would have brought this garbage back. However, I should have checked it before I left, so that was my mistake because I was in a rush. I just assumed the reviews were accurate, but never again! Nevertheless, It's so dishonest to try to deny that the pizzas came from you, but admittedly confirming you remember the order. Wow, this is not a bright moment for you! What you should have done was just admit the mistakes and apologize, which is what a reputable business...

First time to order. Don't spend any time on that side of town. Looking at restaurants on the EZ Street delivery list and saw all the great reviews. So. Why not? My husband said, "Best pizza I ever ate." I got the Eggplant Parmesan and Spaghetti. I did have to add salt to the eggplant. It was awesome though, a little more sauce on the spaghetti would have been more to my liking. The salad was perfect!! Not one lettuce stem in there! (I got a salad at one of the "fancier" restaurants downtown and it was all stems!!) Fresh, fresh, fresh. And the Ranch dressing was fabulous. Couldn't eat it all. Will have lunch for tomorrow. New favorite place!

PS. I just got a delivery with EZstreet and I was very disappointed. Very little sauce. Tasted awful. It looked like they chopped up some meatballs and tossed on the spaghetti...maybe a tablespoon of sauce. If I could get my money back, I...

Phenomenal does not even begin to describe this place! My family and I were in town for an event and wanted pizza. We prefer to eat at locally owned establishments and this place definitely did not disappoint. The staff was kind, accommodating, welcoming, and attended to us well. We ordered mozzarella sticks and a pizza. When the mozzarella sticks came out they were piping hot and oh so good! They melted in your mouth! The pizza came out bubbly and hot. It was cooked to utter perfection, loaded with toppings, and the flavor…. UNBELIEVABLE! I am a pizza lover and can say without a doubt that this was the BEST pizza that I have ever had the pleasure of eating! Peggy’s is definitely a hidden gem that will be worth your time...
