currently working there as a carhop, seeing alot of people mad that the ice cream machine is broken every once and a while. to be honest the reason this is the norm is because we HAVE to clean the machine every week. if we dont then your ice cream will not be of top quality and be dirty. plus our ice cream machines are very old. and tend to blow hoses. other than that. we will happily oblige to any ice cream orders. big or small. just be aware that we make our ice cream by hand, mixing and whipped topping, it takes a bit to make large orders. expecially when its only just one person on ice cream. also, We are very proud in our customer service and we are trained to read out the order, have a smile, and make sure everyone who comes to sonic has a personalized experience. I didnāt leave so I washed my hand, then came back. Food still not ready. 20 min later I was pretty upset. I asked the young lady that came out, whatās the hold up, and she said there was a hold on all orders. Cool!!! 10 more minutes later half the order come before me. Iām still waiting 45 minutes now. My Order finally comes out a few min later. The chilli was burnt on top of coney! The tots were busted open and shoved into container fries the same.
