currently working there as a carhop, seeing alot of people mad that the ice cream machine is broken every once and a while. to be honest the reason this is the norm is because we HAVE to clean the machine every week. if we dont then your ice cream will not be of top quality and be dirty. plus our ice cream machines are very old. and tend to blow hoses. other than that. we will happily oblige to any ice cream orders. big or small. just be aware that we make our ice cream by hand, mixing and whipped topping, it takes a bit to make large orders. expecially when its only just one person on ice cream. also, We are very proud in our customer service and we are trained to read out the order, have a smile, and make sure everyone who comes to sonic has a personalized experience. Down to the mint in the bag as every customer is worth a mint. Aswell as our training on Complaint support. We use the acronym B.L.A.S.T Believe Listen Apologize Satisfy Thank

Not only did it take half an hour to get our food, but my burger was also incorrect as I did not want cheese. I had told them multiple times yet it was not correct on the receipt. Gave the receipt back and told them. Still did not come out right. The worst part was it took 12 more minutes to get it corrected and the staff was acting like it was my fault. I said "thank you" and the girl rolled her eyes and all the staff was just staring at me like I was the enemy. Furthermore someone else in my order did not receive her drink and the staff member asked everyone else if we had received our drink. She obviously thought we had and were trying to get a free drink when really she was just forgetful. By far the worst fast food experience i have ever experienced. Was excited to eat! I get there and make order no issue. I had to go in store to order due to the line not moving in drive Thur or outside bays. Should have just left. I didn’t leave so I washed my hand, then came back. Food still not ready. 20 min later I was pretty upset. I asked the young lady that came out, what’s the hold up, and she said there was a hold on all orders. Cool!!! 10 more minutes later half the order come before me. I’m still waiting 45 minutes now. My Order finally comes out a few min later. The chilli was burnt on top of coney! The tots were busted open and shoved into container fries the same. Sad to say but I’m pulling up home and still got a burnt chili taste in my mouth. Best part of the meal was a cold drink. I paid $20 for order and got $5 worth of service. Won’t be...
